I have always loved this place, but went there today Had the worst experience ever customer service was horrific the employee messed up our order put our ice cream in cups instead of cones, and instead of just making a new one, he flips it over onto the cone, practically plays around with our ice cream to try to make it look presentable and hand it to us and the staff said that's what we do to save money instead of trying to make the customer happy and fix it. Not sure if I'll go back again.
