Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. There's no way to leave. Ended just leaving when I finally got to window. The whole time I sat there I could clearly see 3 people standing there just standing around talking. The one dropped her Santa hat. Don't worry she has plenty of time to pick it up, dust it off, and put it back on. Terrible.

Loving Taco bell since I was a kid. Nothing has changed exceptthe process are now so sky high. It's cheaper going out to eat at Applebee's, etc..The icees are so good. Mountain doo and the red one and a good old bean borito w/ sour cream if your not real hungry is perfect 👌🏽 but if your hungry they have lots of yummy options. Build a box..

Tried to charge me twice for something I already paid for.
Yall should really greet and help customers instead of standing there talking to each other. I know yall have a self ordering system but a little courtesy goes a long way. And if people enjoy a certain kind of soda that is ordered often have back up of it. Btw sauce should be free. At least the food was good but yall can do better if yall coordinate better. It maybe just a job for yall but that’s someone’s investment.
