Firstly, I'd love to proudly announce that the tacos here have left me feeling rather perplexed. Perplexed in an astoundingly positive manner. I dream about these tacos. I daydream about these tacos. THESE TACOS ARE THE DNA I CAN NEVER BE! I was actually proposed AND got married in a Taco Bell, (Yes we celebrated with tacos!). My reasoning for rating one start for atmosphere is because I don't think it's appropriate to be eating chinchillas in the bathroom or back kitchen. I'd rather not see that happen again.

They also get the order wrong, and then they seem to not care "they must have read it wrong". I been there 3 times recently within maybe 2 years, and every time they mess it up. Im not ever coming back

I came to Taco Bell to order food for my large family including frozen baja blasts. Upon arriving at the window, we saw that they were making the Baja blast as the regular drinks, however, we wanted the frozen versions so we kindly let them know to ensure we were getting the correct order. At the time, I didn’t know that the woman helping us was the manager. When we let her know that we were trying to order the frozen drinks, she was extremely rude, very nasty, and had a lot of attitude… Just to let us know that in the future, if we decide to order them, that we need to know and understand that if we want to have the frozen Baja blast that it can’t be the regular size. When I was trying to explain to her that there’s no way that we could have known that, she started walking away and throwing all of the drinks out that she had made in the trashcan as if she owned the drinks herself. A young man then came to the window to help us complete our order. I asked was the manager there, and he said “that is my manager.” He was very kind and polite. If that is his manager, she should model the excellence that he operated in. Thank you to the young man who so kindly helped us.
