I’ve been ordering Fudgie the whale from Carvel in West Caldwell for every family birthday for over 15 years. Absolutely delicious! Sometimes we get extra crunchies, fudge or all vanilla ice cream for an additional reasonable cost. Kirsten and Karen as well as their staff have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I ordered a special fudgie last week for a birthday and was surprised to pay a whopping $10 more than usual for the same cake and...
Always delicious. I would highly recommend ordering a freshly made ice cream cake. Totally a different experience than picking up a frozen cake @ supermarket for not that much more. They need minimum 24 hrs notice 4 ice cream to set. Can also customize. I prefer no whip cream & instead get fudge & crunchies. Always fresh & delicious 😋
This is not a luxury store, but it has top customer service quality and reasonable prices. We felt very welcomed when first step in the store, staffs patiently awaiting for us to settle down and get familiar with menu, answer questions with smile. It has a lot of options to choose from, flavors, sizes, standardized or bespoke etc.
