This chip is super poorly run now... Been going here over 10yrs, last 6mo is worst it's ever been

Not good service. They’re often out of veggies, so when I order through the app they just leave them out entirely with no way to fix it or offer credit. As a vegetarian, the fajita veggies are my only source of protein. There’s also no quality control — when making my veggie bowl, meat fell into it.

Everyone is just chatting it up in Spanish as if no one will understand and not working. They ignore customers , on their phones and have nasty attitudes. Soda machine was splashing all over and not working. Service=0. The location is in a nice area, your employees need to do better.

Worst Chipotle location in the state

Waited in line for 20 minutes with no one being served and once people started getting served they took forever to get through the line.

Absolutely the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. She stood beside the register glaring at employees, who were visibly nervous. She even yelled at one while I was being helped—and when I tried to diffuse the situation by saying “it’s no big deal,” she turned and yelled at me!

The Food was not fresh and cold, the sour cream tasted off, like it had refrigerator burn. The cashier was unfriendly and dismissive.

Store hours are incorrect.

Place was clean however it was slow and the portions were not as good as other locations in MA

Not sanitary, always disappointing. Yesterday I asked for a little extra of certain things and received the smallest burrito yet which is the least of their problems. They’re definitely overworked and understaffed. Poor guy was sweating in the food and the girl who checked me out rang up my food took my money with the same gloves she then reached into the chip bag to make a small bag of chips large. Completely unsanitary, don’t think I’ll be returning after that nauseating experience.

Worse experience ever - went to this location they had no ice in machine, no salad dressing, no soft shell tacos for my kids meal! It wasn’t even near closing time I just feel like the employees here do not care about their jobs when I asked for ice they looked at me like I was crazy! Highly do not recommend 0/0

I don't know how this chipotle is always out of something,but the amount of times I've come here and they were out of guacamole or chicken or even bowls is ridiculous. How do you run out of bowls? They don't even warn you that they're out of guacamole if they are then you're left with missing ingredients in your burrito. Not spending my time and money at this location anymore. Too many bad experiences.
