Big order for a firm dinner and just needed to change my delivery time. They wouldn't even try to change it or cancel. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE WEST CALDWELL CHIPOTLE EVER AGAIN!

Don't order for pickup. They will conveniently forget items like guac.

Also they dont even put the orders on the shelf so there's no way to know when your food is ready.

Went there this past Thursday on my work break ordered a bowl , had to ask young lady for at least one more scoop of rice , she was nice, however in (Spanish) she asked another young lady to finish off the bowls and slide to cashier, that young lady said they can wait I'm sweeping, or something of that nature (in Spanish), I had 30 mins left and no time for attitudes or disrespect. Problem is I work close and eat there at least 3 times a week ...no more that was very bad

This restaurant is always dirty. There is food on the tables that no one cleans up, and sometimes the trash cans are overflowing. There is always food on the floor. I take my granddaughter here once or twice a week, and she agrrees that this place is always dirty and feels many of the employees are rude. When people go to Chipotle, they often have to lower the window blinds when the sun is too strong because the employees don't offer to do it. Service is so awful The employees were so incredibly rude that they actually started laughing when I was asking them if they could’ve just told me when my order was ready instead of ignoring me for a good five minutes for my phone order.

They are often out of many items after 7 pm.

Very unfriendly employees. I made an online order for quassadilla but there was nothing in there but only tortilla. As I had to drive back, one of the employees gave an attitude. The quassadilla itself was disgusting to eat. Items portions were extremely small. I called the customer service and there was no reply. I also reached out to chipotle contact us, they said they will review. But hasn't been reviewed since. I feel vey sad that this place is still open. They do not deserve our hard working money.

Every time I come to this Chipotle location past 8pm to closing they usually never have any other meat besides chicken. And I’ve been here on multiple occasions throughout the past few months. This is one of the worst locations by far I’ve ever been to. I know the workers are tired and I appreciate anyone in the fast food industry but if you can’t do your job correctly and have all the meats stocked as advertised maybe you shouldn’t work In this industry. Find a new job thanks
