I never leave bad reviews. The employee today was extremely pushy I asked for 2 small iced cookie dough lattes and he said there’s only medium and I was like well ok then I realized he just wanted to make a higher sale like why? I didn’t want to make a fuss if they ran out of small cups but that wasn’t the case and by the time I noticed it was already made….never coming back here again that’s so shady for no reason.

I go here during the evening to avoid the female cashier. She is so damn rude and barks down everyone's throats over the littlest things. Around mid afternoon to night time, they're very chill. If you're thinking about grabbing breakfast I'd recommend another Dunkin.

I just left there and there was paper they use to cook food on inside my sandwich. After they messed up my drink order and said we just changed his mind. Horrible experience. Would give 0 if I could.

I dislike it when no crowd, no li e and wgen you want to change your order and mode of payment order taker would say I cannot change it. I wish I cancelled my order. This is sheer laziness. The order taker needs to be sent.back to the training room.

Ok so I have been going to this DD for years, but the service has gotten markedly worse in the last year or so. They consistantly mess up my orders, which are not complcated to begin with. Doughtnuts with no sprinkles? Yep, got 'em with sprinkles. Egg & cheese wake up wrap? Yep, got it with bacon. Boston Creme doughnut, yep, got a vanilla creme. You get the picture. Coffee orders are even worse. 8 of the last 10 times I've ordered coffee here they have messed it up. The latest one (today) I ordered with 4 creme 3 sugar, got with 0 cream 0 sugar. Come on man! I was the only customer in the store at that time and they still screwed it up. Think I am done going here as of today.

I went here a few times and let me tell you the old hispanic lady (she has to be 70) taking the orders has an absolutely disgusting attitude! She was very disrespectful. She yells at the costumers over little things and obviously has a very short temper. I also had asked to use the bathroom after I paid for a bacon egg and cheese croissant with a coffee and they said I couldn’t because the bathroom floor was wet??? What is that??? The worker was also mopping the floor while people were taking their orders. An absolute joke. Extremely unprofessional service! Do not come here!!!

Coffee tastes a bit off. Also found it weird how they said they can’t do half and half in my coffee? I asked the lady if it’s because they ran out but said “it’s made with whole milk” ? Not the end of the world but kinda odd
As soon as there is multiple orders at once they don’t know what to do and mess things up on seemingly every order.

I love Dunkin’ but this one the service is just horrible. They have already messed up my order multiple times. And whenever I walk in for a pup cup the short hair lady stares at me as though I committed a crime.

If I just need a beverage at an off-peak time, everything is fine. When things get busy and I order coffee AND food, then it gets chaotic. Waited far too long for some cold hash browns with my lukewarm coffee at 1pm on a Monday.
