Terrible, incompetent service. We ordered three items, with total of $20. They calculated our order's total as $34. I said you're wrong, gave them the picture of our order from their self-service panel, which tells the total is $20. Problems with math or what? Then we tried to use our gift card. Instead of using the balance on it, the cashier gave us a new reloadable gift card. I said we don't need that, we came here to make order for $20 and pay with gift card balance which is also $20. Why is it so difficult to comprehend that? Spent three times more time than it should take to get the order done. Ended up with taking away less items than ordered. Absurd

The Latina lady behind the front desk is extremely rude. Retrain her on customer service properly. As you can see this isnt the only complaint against her. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.

Asked for less ice because I have very sensitive teeth they refused and put that much foam! Said if we put less ice will have to charge you $1.50 !!!!!! When I said please fix or I no longer want it after I have already paid for it, they said you know where to complain and refused and said that the manager is not here to refund you.

Terrible store every time I visit I try to avoid it at all cost only go there if I am in rush. The staff are rude no name tags so I can report them to corporate. Just a bad overall experience

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent experiences at your store. On two separate occasions, I have received incorrect orders, with the most recent incident involving a cross-contamination with bacon, which I am allergic to. Despite my previous complaint and warning, the issue has recurred, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
On my latest visit, I ordered an egg and cheese croissant, but received an egg and bacon wrap instead. Although the staff corrected the mistake, the replacement item was presented in an unacceptable condition, as evidenced by the attached picture.
As a customer with a severe allergy, I expect a higher level of care and attention to detail. The repeated mistakes and lack of regard for customer safety are alarming. I urge you to investigate this matter and take necessary actions to address the staff's lack of awareness and training.
I will not be recommending your store to anyone, and I hope that you will take my feedback seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Too bad there is not a zero star rating. Went in Friday night (around 545pm) for hot tea. Same as I get everyday near my office. (large hot tea with 2 milk, 2 cream, 2 stevia. I usually have my own stevia). Paid for it. Left $1 tip. When I got it, it was almost black so I asked if I could get more milk or cream. The jerk guy who was there (along with some very tiny woman) got very angry with me and he insisted that they did it correctly. He didn't like my reaction and mumbled something stupid like he would charge me for more milk/cream. Are you kidding? I got rightfully very angry. I reminded them that I left a $1 tip. After much back and forth, finally, the woman gave me 3 creams to go. They basically told me to get out of there. Then, I saw their other reviews. So many 1 star ratings. One woman had paper in her meal. Other stories were awful. Forgot to mention that they are the only Dunkin Donuts that makes you take a key to get into the bathroom. They are in a strip mall and now I know why they don't get much traffic. DON'T EVEN GO THERE. BEYOND AWFUL AND NASTY.

I never leave bad reviews. The employee today was extremely pushy I asked for 2 small iced cookie dough lattes and he said there’s only medium and I was like well ok then I realized he just wanted to make a higher sale like why? I didn’t want to make a fuss if they ran out of small cups but that wasn’t the case and by the time I noticed it was already made….never coming back here again that’s so shady for no reason.

I go here during the evening to avoid the female cashier. She is so damn rude and barks down everyone's throats over the littlest things. Around mid afternoon to night time, they're very chill. If you're thinking about grabbing breakfast I'd recommend another Dunkin.

I just left there and there was paper they use to cook food on inside my sandwich. After they messed up my drink order and said we just changed his mind. Horrible experience. Would give 0 if I could.
