FIRE Roasted Chicken & Grill

Was told 5 minutes wait 30 minutes later no food. To find out it was cold and they lost it. No apologies. The woman working there (candy?) has the worst customer service i have ever seen.
Food was also incorrect. They would not fix it.

I love FIRE for many reasons: the friendly hardworking staff, the cleanliness, and most importantly their amazing food! All of their food is freshly made any time of day and BOY are their grilled chicken sandwiches PHENOMENAL! If I could eat them for lunch everyday I would :)

EXTREMELY unprofessional! I called to ask if my wrap can be remade because the wrong condiments were on, I even said it’s ok if not. Instead of being regular about it, the guy acted like I personally insulted him and hung up the phone out of nowhere. Nasty tone on the phone the whole time instead of acting professionally. Food quality has gone down over the years and at this point service too. Do better !

I got tire off calling this place I place and order through Uber eats I call the store so many times to see why my food is not coming

The food is fabulous. I l9ve it, taste like home. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend for a nice take home meal for family.

I wish I had a photo of what I had. It was delicious. I definitely recommend this place to eat. For the price, the food is well worth it and reasonable. I had the half chicken with sweet potatoes and steamed vegetables entrée. The chicken was flavorful, the steamed vegetables were perfect. Not soggy at all!!!! Crisp!!!! Sweet potatoes were EXCELLENT!!!! I have never had sweet potatoes as good as mine from any restaurant until I ate here. THEY ARE A MUST!!!! Well done!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!
