Hands down the best donuts I have ever had. Always so soft and cakey with an insane selection of flavors. My coworkers love it when I bring these in. The strawberry cheesecake, pina colada, coffee, blueberry, apple pie, coconut, and classic glazed were some of my favorites. Will be coming back here again and again for sure! Highly highly recommend (plus there’s plenty of indoor seating if you want to hang around and enjoy in-house!)

Ok so we ordered this on our lunch break and we just wanted to see what it would be like and OMG ! Amazing ! The KRONUT 10/10!!!!!!!!! This is the best donuts we ever had and not trying to be funny ! Also the strawberry shortcake is amazing as well!

Great tasty donuts

Donuts are great, the service and details are horrible. Line to pick out donuts, and for some reason only one person working in the whole place. No signs in front of the donuts so every person has to ask what each donut is when they get to the front, doordash just skips the line and holds up everyone so their order can get done, pre orders are not fulfilled so they skip the line and hold everyone up. Crazy that they cant have 2 people at least, 1 for the cash register and 1 to fill donut boxes. Wasted 30 mins, and some of the donuts are old so not worth it

The donuts themselves are delicious. However… weekends are incredibly busy and donuts sell out quickly. I thought I was getting ahead of it by placing my order online for pick up. I selected specialty donuts only available on weekends. I get to the store about an hour later only to find out my order hadn’t been picked and I was left with choosing the reject donuts. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. Annoying.

Placed a custom order to be picked up Sunday .. At 11 AM I received a call that my donuts had not been made or delivered to the store with no reason why I was told a manager it would call me back which never happened In the middle of a Sunday, I was left with no treats for my event on Monday. No reason why no call from a manager at 11 who maybe could’ve helped rectify the situation. my daughter and I consistently travel from a few towns away To buy donuts from this location and we were really excited About our custom mini donut order for her college commitment party. To end up with no order no call for management to explain why or apologize or try to To make it better is simply Unexcusable. We will no longer be driving out of her way to purchase donuts from glazed in West Caldwell and I strongly suggest you don’t place a custom order because you can be left empty-handed

We used to love this place for years. Unfortunately, today we decided to stop by with our kids this morning, and they were sold out of *all* donuts at 10:15 AM - like, empty shelves. While I understand it’s a busy day today - at least update your social media so your customers can plan accordingly.

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars! Great place with great donuts!!
TL;DR: Ok... so I can't believe that when I walked into this place, I was the only customer. I'm originally from RI, and customers literally form lines down the road for good donuts like these!!! To top that off, the customer service was excellent. The establishment is cute and clean. The coffee is great! The donuts are fresh and amazing, and taste every bit as good as they look, some were even tastier than we expected!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!!!

I had plans to visit my grandchildren later in the day so I placed an online order at 10:30 a.m. for pickup at 3:00. Many of the donuts were already sold out at 10:30. When I went to pick up the order, only 4 of the 12 donuts that I ordered were available. I had the choice of either canceling the order or taking 8 donuts that were left in stock. Obviously, not the popular flavors. You’re a donut shop, you only serve donuts. How do you run out of donuts by 10:30 on a Saturday??? Why accept online orders if you dont have a process in place to fulfill the orders?? The only reason that I’m giving this a 2 star rating is for the sweet, young girl working who tried to make the best of the situation.
