Glaze Donuts West Caldwell

It's a shame I can only give 5 stars! Great place with great donuts!!
TL;DR: Ok... so I can't believe that when I walked into this place, I was the only customer. I'm originally from RI, and customers literally form lines down the road for good donuts like these!!! To top that off, the customer service was excellent. The establishment is cute and clean. The coffee is great! The donuts are fresh and amazing, and taste every bit as good as they look, some were even tastier than we expected!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!!!

I had plans to visit my grandchildren later in the day so I placed an online order at 10:30 a.m. for pickup at 3:00. Many of the donuts were already sold out at 10:30. When I went to pick up the order, only 4 of the 12 donuts that I ordered were available. I had the choice of either canceling the order or taking 8 donuts that were left in stock. Obviously, not the popular flavors. You’re a donut shop, you only serve donuts. How do you run out of donuts by 10:30 on a Saturday??? Why accept online orders if you dont have a process in place to fulfill the orders?? The only reason that I’m giving this a 2 star rating is for the sweet, young girl working who tried to make the best of the situation.

They did an amazing job creating a 6month Birthday donut. It was strawberry shortcake donut with Nutella frosting. High recommend the 10inch donut bday cake.

A friend of ours said these donuts will change your life!!! And boy, what he not lying! First and foremost, the ladies behind the counter were super sweet! Today was my first day there because I was doing an Uber Eats pickup and was able to try the hostess cream filled donut! It was super moist and DELICIOUS!!! It was like eating a hostess cupcake but in donut form! I can't wait to go back and try more!

My first time trying these donuts and didn't disappoint. I tried a variety of three artisanal and classic. They were different to other places that had a variety of donuts and I just add terrific service.

Sadly my wife wanted the red velvet donut but they completely sold out! This must be a favorite so please add more. Just another reason that I will be visiting again.

Thought these were one of the best donuts because of social media, but in reality, they were disgusting, dry, cold, and stale. It was a horrible experience and am pretty upset that I spent $30 on these donuts.

I had an exceptional first experience at Glaze last week when tried the cinnamon toast crunch donut. A single donut was a fair price and adequate. The person working at the register had excellent manners and was very polite and humble when answering my questions. The overall atmosphere of the store was very chill and friendly and had good music playing.

Donuts were OK, but over priced. I had a yearn and their sign caught me. Donuts were OK, but a $1 candy bar probably would've sufficed for the 2 donuts ($7.50). I left no tip, and gave atmosphere a 1-star cuz the cashier was blasting foul-languaged thug music over the stores speaker system. Definitely killed the ambiance.

I buy these for me employees . Usually get 3 doz. Always a hit! Just an awesome day when I bring them in. Not one bad flavor!

I just went to Glaze Donuts in West Caldwell and I totally recommend it. The store was nice and so was the costumer service. Omar was nice and helped me out, he was patient with me while I asked him about every single donut they had ?. 10/10 would totally recommend
