Always satisfying. Every time I'm in West Caldwell I hit this place up. The maple bacon is to die for. Maple cream is best I have ever had. Tried apple crumb and apple cider which were both solid. The service is always good. My only complaint was my ice coffee cup had a hole in it so it dripped all over. The girls working here were very friendly and you should tip them. Check it out you won't be sad that you did.

I have to say, I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I have been living in Caldwell for a year and I have been wanting to visit this donut place for quite sometime. I went into the store and not a single person in there. Two staff members were at the counter. They were nice. But the atmosphere it self was just kind of sad. The menu items on the board were all crossed out and there was no prices anywhere. There were barely any donut selections except for four trays and none had labels on them. I asked what the flavors were and the girl named a few then told me simply the rest were common sense when clearly they weren’t. Lol how am I supposed to know what’s inside every donut? Any who, putting that aside, I wouldn’t have written this review except for the fact that the donuts were NASTY. I would have been better off going to Dunkin’ Donuts instead. I should have never wasted my time. The donuts were simply stale. It was gross. $45 for stale donuts?? Nope. I did a dozen donuts and not one single one was good. And I got one of every flavor they had left. So disappointed. I will be asking for a refund.

I used to come here often. The staff was always friendly and never had a problem with management. I went Wednesday, February 14 in the afternoon. The donuts tasted as good as ever but the service was the worst. After the guy rang me up, I started to enter my phone number for rewards and he cleared the screen. When I said something to him, he said I didn’t know you had rewards. Then he proceeded to say there’s nothing he could do. I’m sure there is but he didn’t want to be bothered. I had tipped him when I paid and I said I should’ve taken my tip back, he said you can. I just walked out. Then in the parking lot I sent a message to Glaze through instagram. They apologized and said they would talk to management and if I could give my phone number for them to call me. It’s now Saturday, February 17 and still no call. The customer service in the store is horrible and the management is just as bad. When Jules was involved, things were different. No more glazed for me.

These donuts aren't that great. Kinda stale and they almost taste freezer burnt. Super over priced also. I tried a Kronut which was burnt. The rainbow cookie donut is dry. The strawberry frosted was ok. And the crunchies on the Nutella were hard and stale. I just wouldn't recommend ?

Waited there until 3pm on Valentines Day because they had no donuts. When some boxes finally arrived, none were Valentine’s Day as advertised. The online orders were also not able to be full filled at this location.

I visited this donut shop often in 2022/2023 and LOVED the donuts and the staff. My most recent trip this week was just the last straw. The shop used to have menus on the wall with prices, now there is NO menus for anything. the atmosphere inside was just cold. felt like they were getting ready to close down for good. Not a lot of choices for donuts, and the PRICING!! More than a 50% increase in pricing from last year. for 12 donuts its was $58. just a few months ago, it cost me about $30 for a dozen custom donuts. When we got home with the donuts, we cut into them and let me tell you, so very stale and not worth it at all. All three of my children said no thanks to it, which was SHOCKING. I am now left with 10 stale donuts, that will be tossed in the trash later on tonight. I really feel bad leaving this review since i really enjoyed this place once upon a time ago, but the money, the poor quality of food, and the lack of information really just ends my relationship with this place. I REALLY love coffees, and used to get two lattes while there to go, but no option for coffees anymore. Very sad this business went down hill.

I’ve never been here before. It’s a Saturday at 4pm and i walk in thinking they’re closed because there are zero donuts. The young girl asks how she can help me and i said you close at 7 right? Don’t you sell donuts she said they sold out. There was ONE plain donut left. This just seems absurd to me. You have 3 more hours and there’s one donut in the whole place? On a Saturday?
Every time I go to this location they’re out of donuts. I’m not sure what they do staying open until 7p when you literally don’t have any donuts by 1p.

Used to come here pretty often. Just walked out with 6 doughnuts for $24. That is remarkable stupid pricing. Didn't get any of their "fancy" donuts either. I'm not coming back, they can take their doughnuts and shove them. 6 doughnuts for $24, stupid. And to be honest, their donuts aren't even that good, certainly not 6/$24 good

There was hair in my donut and obviously lost my appetite and asked for a refund. The worker said they couldn’t do it and a manager would call me to resolve it. I called 3 times and they kept telling me they would call me back to resolve it but never did. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back. Service was terrible and obviously I won’t be going here anymore.
