Food was really good, and our server, Jimmy P, was amazing and very friendly. Everything was beyond our expectations! Keep in mind though that the spicy options are really, REALLY spicy! Didn’t ruin the quality of the food whatsoever though!
The best food I tried and the thing I loved the most about them is the combo 1 with the bass sauce and the managers they are very respectable and Adam and Ahmed endure the restaurant's responsibilities to the fullest

Tried this place for take out. Omg tremendous. My order Was ready when I arrived and at time promised. Fries were the freshest, crispiest fries I’ve ever had AND we had them home. Not soggy or cold. The chicken sandwich was delicious and I can’t wait to go back. Go try it next to lower Dunkin W. caldwell 👌🏼👋🏼✊🏼

The chicken tenders are made with real breast meat which is kind of rare nowadays they were cooked to order unlike most places. The place was super clean including rest room. The employees were excellent in all aspects.. And the multiple choices of hot sauce was impressive not just hot sauce it actually had flavor. Overall excellent all together. I was impressed. This review is more constructive criticism. Place is clean nice staff and owner is great. The food is VERY salty if you are a heart patient and have high blood pressure you most definitely need to tell the cook to put zero salt/seasoning on it or ask for it on side. Very heavy handed with seasoning it’s a heart attack waiting to happen.

If I can give this place a 0 I would! We ordered as a company and total came out to a fairly large price. It was a Friday afternoon and drove about 15 minutes to get there we were told that it will be ready by 1:45 and got to the location still waited after 5 minutes! To add salt to the wound I was almost back at work when they called we have forgotten something in which another 10 minutes wasted. Got there and the lady or the cashier was dismissive handed me a bag of sodas.
Fast forward, got back to eat lunch and found there is only one tender in the order of 2 and also the pickles contained 5 pieces in which other reviewers complained about the same thing! When I called to address this an inexperienced server answered the phone with a very sarcastic tone of " The cashier did that its not my probem" he put us on hold and grabbed the lady that dealt with me when I picked up and she started by saying " I am the one who took your order and you grabbed the food that was given by my staff." After a lengthy dismissive and sarcastic answers they have agreed a refund for those items only! Please have management call or contact!

Terrible Employment. The Owners are COMPLETELY unprofessional. Not to mention the owners/so called managers are never there. Leave regular NEW employees there to fend for themselves. & at their grown age have the audacity to curse at my 17 year old sister because she was honest with Corporate telling him that she needed assistance from manangers/owners and they were not present at all. Adam and Achmed are never present and have the audacity to yell at their young employees who are there and doing there job, basically threatening them to find another job. I would like to think the adults have more decency than that. She finally decided to leave that job since they didn’t respect her as a human being. & If I hear from anyone about this situation, i want to hear from HR ONLY.

My wife and I did take out for HCK chicken earlier this evening. I’m not one to normally write reviews on Google but I couldn’t let this experience slide.
The bad:
1. This was not Nashville Hot Chicken. There was absolutely no crisp to the chicken and the consistency was almost rubbery. Even the flavoring was “off”. I’ve had hot chicken several times in Nashville and this doesn’t even come close.
2. We paid $7 for 8 fried pickle slices?!?! I really hope this was a mistake and not a normal portion. It was honestly insulting opening up the container and seeing the portion size. Don’t believe me, check out the photo I attached!
The good:
The French fries and sauce were actually really tasty! They’re both the reason I didn’t give a one star review.
Summary: Save your time and money and go somewhere else like “Dave’s Hot Chicken” by willowbrook mall for a better hot chicken experince.

Forgot to post the other day. Tried the new hot chicken spot next to Lower.
It was delicious but was chicken tenders stacked instead of a larger breast or thigh piece. Very good sandwich; will def be back soon to try more items.
Probably the best fries I’ve had around the area, and the Old Bay fry sauce they had was phenomenal.
