This particular store in Caldwell is our favorite.We usually get sandwiches sides and a drink. It's our weekend lunch spot when we don't travel. Everything is fresh, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. We may consider doing a holiday meal plan from here soon. Portions are reasonable.

Pricing on their own local website is wrong. In the store's favor.Cup of soup isn't $2.99, it's $5.99 and the sandwich was two dollars more.The food was very good and the ingredients were fresh.Bought a take home box of au gratin potatoes and they are not worth $10.50.

I ordered the box combo (BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Chips, and Snapple). The food is stunningly good and the price is amazing. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place! It's way better than getting regular fast food.

Didn't get a chance to try. Was craving days, came a long way just to be told they was closed at 4:15 when my GPS clearly told me they close at 5pm, what a disappointment. Staff watch me leave with no remorse as if I was an alien ???

Hello, I am very upset to have to bring this up......So my children all coming home for Thanksgiving. I asked all what special foods would you like to have on the table...HONEY BAKED HAM was a request. Trying to allocate small errands for my grown children to do for me. I ordered a ham from Honey Baked Hams.. I plugged in my zip code and picked out my ham. The price was almost 90$. I'm ok with that. I realized my son is coming in from Pennsylvania on Wednesday. I reserved my ham at the Pennsylvania store. THE SAME EXACT HAM was yes 15/17$ less than where I live!!!!! That insane on every level......why is this? Why should I have to pay more? This will be the LAST I EVER order a ham from HONEY BAKED HAM co. So sad. Price gouging at its BEST! WEST CALDWELL very expensive!!!!! Happy Thanksgiving.

They almost had a 5/5 but they lost a point for consistency and a little on the customer service. The sandwich was really good but not exactly as described. It said toasted but it was more like warmed-up. The ciabatta was also alot softer than expected. Also part of my sandwich did have any meat, this was the inconsistency I was referring to, and for $8.00 every bit should have had both ham and turkey. As for the staff, they were not rude, but not very welcoming. The gentleman seemed a little annoyed/ uninterested in being at work.

After my curbside pickup today, the employee who gave me my order went back inside and from the door, thinking I didn’t see her, flipped me off. Awesome customer service and definitely very appropriate. My family orders from here every year for the past 15 years for both Thanksgiving and Easter and that was just a turn off. With everything going on in the world, the last thing anyone needs is unkindness.

I went there wanting some slices, but on the outside of the store, there is a sign that says Face Mask Required.Not according to the CDC guidelines! It is recommended, not required...change it soon or you will never get business from me.

Delicious sandwiches, beautifully prepared, they also have meatless sandwiches They have takeout ribs, sides and desserts. The you take it home and reheat.

Heard about this place just about a year ago! Went there one other time last year and fell in love with their ham! Went there today and it’s just as good!I had the Ham Classic sandwich! OMG!!! This ham is so tasty! You can get it with Swiss or Cheddar cheese, I chose Swiss. Lettuce, tomato, Mayo and their honey mustard Dijon sauce! This is DA BOMB!!! The honey mustard Dijon compliments it so much! Fresh croissant it’s on! Just mouth watering good!Love this place and I’m sure you will too!Covid info: must wear a mask
