It's not worth paying so much for what Panera gives you.A dollar something for a slice of avocado and the size of the food compared to the pictures online and what their commercials show.I feel taken advantage of. Never ordering from Panera.

This used to be one of my favorite go-to places, with imaginative recipes always served fresh and clean with ample portions that represented good value. Unfortunately, the pandemic/post-pandemic economy has apparently affected this once-upscale restaurant in disappointing ways. My wife and I had lunch there today. Her sandwich wasn’t mixed per the recipe’s portions. I ordered a bowl of soup that was half-full (but they charged full price). This has become the rule at this location, not the exception. In addition, the dining room was slovenly, with visible garbage on the floor, and tables that were not being cleaned. I wiped the table that we sat at down myself. We won’t continue paying top dollar for meals that have potential but, in this case, remind me more of a midtown Manhattan fast food restaurant than an appealing cafe’.

I made the mistake of ordering of ordering two bagel packages. Each package is supposed to be a dozen bagels and two tubs of cream cheese and I set pick up for 7:10am. First thing I noticed was the bagels weren't even slightly warm. If they just opened for the day how are they not warm and fresh? When I got to work I realized they didn't include the four tubs of cream cheese I got 14 individual cups for two dozen bagels. So I am not out at the super market to spend more time, energy and money for something that should have been included. Lesson learned, Panera is not the place to go to for bagels or at least not this location.

very chill spot to come and sit and get some work done. the music isn’t loud and obnoxious and the service is nice. the food was good too. i would say it was clean as well and they make sure they maintain it.
only drawback is that not a lot of outlets to plug things in. so get there early to find a port. but other than that, thank you :)
