Terrible. Today, I placed an order through DoorDash for lunch. I ordered a Dolce and the Salmon Avocado Bowl... and when the driver shows up, I get told "They no longer make the Salmon Avocado Bowl, they were supposed to call you."
Not only do I not receive a call to see if I wanted to substitute it with something else, but I also got charged for the item without any refund being issued. (I ended up having to call DoorDash and request it myself).
