Hate being that guy but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. I specifically asked for my açaí bowls to be frozen, and once again it was handed to me completely melted, more like a shake than a bowl. When I pointed it out, instead of offering to make it right, the gentleman with the long hair told me that it’s just the “consistency” of their bowls. Very disappointing quality and even worse customer service. My kids were very disappointed. Not going back

I love the vibe of this Playa Bowls. My favorite bowl is Nutelloco which has a coconut base with strawberries, bananas and Nutella. I also tried half coconut and half açaí and that was delicious. I can’t wait to get one for my bday! So nice they give us a $5 bday discount!
