Amazing Customer Service by Chris who took my order when I sat down. The food was amazing. I saw this place on tik tok and I love Italian food so I wanted to try it. Boy was it worth it. You must come and try it yourself ! Zuppa Di Clams in marinara sauce amazing. Filet Mignon Meatballs with mushrooms were delicious, short rib ragu hit the spot. As I was sitting eating I overheard the conversation each person had with the employees while they were ordering and it made it feel like it was a place I’d return to due to the fact that there customer service skills were by far the best I’ve seen in a while, each customer definitely felt like they were part of the Russillo’s family. I will be back soon

My family had a repast luncheon here. From booking and planning menu to the actual event - everything was handled professionally. The food was outstanding and plentiful…and the staff was attentive and helpful. We cannot recommend enough.

Their spicy chicken parm might be my new favorite meal. I don’t like pepperoni but it has pepperoni cups, and it was delicious. Food came out piping hot and had zero complaints. OMG their filet mignon meatballs had such a different sauce that I’m obsessed with. Our waitress Kayla was so sweet too!

Great little Italian restaurant with one of the best Spaghetti Carbonara’s i’ve had in a very long time. Completely recommended and definitely coming back.
The Brooklyn chicken Parm is hands down 10/10 easily by a landslide. The atmosphere is amazing. Dinning can easily seat 2-4 people. Customer Service was great with the addition of BYOB. Will visit again & soon.

I can only say good things about Russillo! i’m responsible for feeding 20 men or more every Thursday night at North Jersey Gunclub in Fairfield! We asked them to deliver the food at 7 o’clock. It’s there at 7 o’clock hot and fresh. we always have leftover food for the men to take home. They never leave hungry.

This was a special meal for a birthday and we made a special trip based on reviews. Being of Sicilian heritage, I was really looking forward to this meal. We received terrible service from the moment we sat down. We were handed two menus with the promise of two more (which never arrived) and waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to greet us. The water and lemonade both tasted strange - our request to trade for a Sprite was met with annoyance. It was difficult to get the attention of anyone for drink refills, bread, or even the check. Once we received the check, we tried to flag someibe down for about 15 minutes - they seemed to be actively avoiding eye contact. One person on the wait staff was rude to us on several occasions. The other woman was nice enough, just very inattentive.
Our party of four each ordered a different pasta dish - all four dishes were excellent! I would highly recommend takeout.

And once again Rusillo “delivers” on high quality, delicious food! We recently placed another catering order and everyone absolutely loved the food. The food was delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Dave helped add a dish to the order I requested that was not on their menu! They truly go above and beyond. I appreciate them and highly recommend!
