Amazing Customer Service by Chris who took my order when I sat down. The food was amazing. I saw this place on tik tok and I love Italian food so I wanted to try it. Boy was it worth it. You must come and try it yourself ! Zuppa Di Clams in marinara sauce amazing. Filet Mignon Meatballs with mushrooms were delicious, short rib ragu hit the spot. As I was sitting eating I overheard the conversation each person had with the employees while they were ordering and it made it feel like it was a place I’d return to due to the fact that there customer service skills were by far the best I’ve seen in a while, each customer definitely felt like they were part of the Russillo’s family. I will be back soon

My family had a repast luncheon here. From booking and planning menu to the actual event - everything was handled professionally. The food was outstanding and plentiful…and the staff was attentive and helpful. We cannot recommend enough.

Their spicy chicken parm might be my new favorite meal. I don’t like pepperoni but it has pepperoni cups, and it was delicious. Food came out piping hot and had zero complaints. OMG their filet mignon meatballs had such a different sauce that I’m obsessed with. Our waitress Kayla was so sweet too!

First we made reservations a day before. When we arrived, they wanted to tell us that we didn't have them. I had to go into my phone just to prove I called the restaurant. When we finally were seated, our waitress kinda ignored us the entire time, and then flat out disappeared at the end of dinner. Another waitress had to wrap our food up and give us our check. Amanda, I don't know what we did to you, but we're not sorry

We have been going to Rusillo’s now for a few months and have really enjoyed the food and service until tonight. We picked up an order and brought it home only to find out that my Chicken Milanese only had two plain pieces of chicken cutlet but no tricolor salad on top. I called the restaurant to let them know this and I was given two options:
1. Come back and pick up the salad (I declined because I live 20 minutes away).
2. They would deliver it to me another time I place a takeout order. How is that going to help me now when I only have two pieces of plain chicken to eat for dinner?
I asked if I can just be refunded for the chicken Milanese since it was clearly their mistake and the owner said no a refund cannot be issued and there were no exceptions that can be made. Great customer service you have over there! Definitely not going to support a business that does not do right by their customers.
