One of the fewest restaurants that has suck great service. Waitresses and servers were great. Very polite and friendly. Very tentative when taking our orders. Will mark this one on my list for more visits here. I definitely will highly recommend to all. Thank you guys for such excellent service.

Heard they started making foccacia bread, went in today and got my favorite sandwich, chicken cutlet/fresh mutz/arugula/roasted pepper/ with a drizzle of balsamic on a foccacia,,OMG INSANE!!! the bread took it to another level,, if you're looking for the perfect sandwich, this is it,,,Dave and Chris always making sure to use the freshest and best quality products in their dishes,,,

Let me start by saying I do love Russillo’s and it is the best pizza in the Caldwell area, hands-down. My background is in restaurants with family places being around for over 50 years so I don’t say this without some type of food knowledge. I ordered eggplant a lot from this place and it used to be really good but last time I ordered eggplant Parm I got a weird almost sour /vinegary taste from the eggplant Parm. I told my wife I thought maybe it was just me. It wasn’t horrible, but it was different then I got it again tonight And I have to say it’s definitely the eggplant. It definitely had gone bad. Of course, this can be missed from time to time, but the fact that this has happened twice in the last few months, I had to go on here and say this needs to be fixed. Whether they refrigerate it and make it weekly or freeze it and use it as needed I feel like better attention needs to be paid to this. Other than that, the pizza is always great and their food is usually fantastic

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G food!! You can tell they use excellent quality ingredients in each plate they serve. The fried calamari Enzo was probably the best calamari we ever ate. My wife had the hot honey scallops which had a nice crisp outside and tender inside - the sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and subtle heat. The Brooklyn chicken parm is dangerously delicious and addicting…. Reflux be damned, I almost wanted to order a second portion.

My husband, my mother and I came out for dinner and decided to try this restaurant. My mother ordered the eggplant parmesan which she did not care for at all. I ordered the chicken with artichoke dinner without garlic and black pepper due to allergies to garlic and black pepper. The dish came out with black pepper on it. The chef, Chris, remade the dish, however, it was extremely lemony and had a very vinegar taste. I did not like it and did not eat it. Perhaps the wine was bad causing the vinegar taste. The chef came out and said that is the way it should taste. I told him I didn't think I should have to pay for this and he replied 'You are going to pay for it!' I was not happy about the way I was treated. I told him we would not be coming back and he said 'That's fine.' To me this was very bad customer service. We will not be returning to this place. The food is not good and there are other restaurants just down the street that are much better. Stay away from this one! We were at this restaurant years ago when Enzo was the chef. The food was great then. Unfortunately, not anymore! Unhappy customer.

What a great dish , highly recommend this restaurant as well as Brooklyn Chicken Parm. Make reservation !!!
Russillos catered an event for us at. Food was amazing the mini crab cakes and antipasto on a skewer very clever and great presentation! It’s a family run business and the owners Chris and Dave are great to work with. We eat at the restaurant regularly and have never had a bad meal.

We've been regular customers of Russillo's for many years, but unfortunately, our last two takeout experiences have been really disappointing. The first order was prepared incorrectly, and the second was packed wrong - with an entire item missing. On top of that, the food quality has felt subpar compared to previous visits and the prices have skyrocketed. It's been frustrating to see this drop in accuracy and consistency, especially from a place we've genuinely enjoyed in the past. Hoping things turn around soon.

I recently went therr and my order was messed up. They tried to make it right and messed it up a second time. The 2nd time I didnt bother bringing it up bc its clear they do not really listen. Expensive and personally, when I walk into a restaurant I want to smell food, not insanely strong cleaning chemicals. The guy at the counter was very nice and wanted to make it right, he just didn’t know how to listen I guess. Wasted a lot of my time.

Amazing Customer Service by Chris who took my order when I sat down. The food was amazing. I saw this place on tik tok and I love Italian food so I wanted to try it. Boy was it worth it. You must come and try it yourself ! Zuppa Di Clams in marinara sauce amazing. Filet Mignon Meatballs with mushrooms were delicious, short rib ragu hit the spot. As I was sitting eating I overheard the conversation each person had with the employees while they were ordering and it made it feel like it was a place I’d return to due to the fact that there customer service skills were by far the best I’ve seen in a while, each customer definitely felt like they were part of the Russillo’s family. I will be back soon
