Their catering food deserves more than 5 stars. Been using them for a yearly party for a few years now. Not once have I even received anything less than spectacular feedback from those attending. They are not afraid to season their food, which is a pleasant experience with catering. Do not hesitate to use Rusillo's for your next event. Wonderful, friendly and professional service in a relaxed, clean, bright dining room that is a step above a usual pizzeria. Extensive menu, well priced for the size of the portions and quality of the food. Reservations recommended for Thursday, Friday and Saturday dinner.
After more than a decade I have to admit that the food has slipped.The calamari was loaded with bread crumbs that made it pasty and no flavor whatsoever.Two of the three entrees had no flavor whatsoeverIt was such a departure, from what was a consistently 4 out of 5 star taste and quality

This spot was okay If you're looking for some decent pasta. Didn't try pizza. The ambiance is beautiful, it's comfortable and nicely lit. The service was okay, they definitely got really busy around 7pm so looks like they need one more server or 3? The servers were kind but clearly need help. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta. Mushrooms were great and tasty. Bruschetta was very mid, bread was over cooked. Not terrible but OK. For dinner we ordered penne vodka (pasta wasn't cooked fully), shrimp scampi (too salty), spicy burrata pappardelle (good), and lobster ravioli (nice dish and tasty but not sure why it comes with baby shrimp). I also requested a small birthday tiramisu. The cake itself was delicious but for some reason our server brought it out with all the finished dishes left on the table...... It's definitely pricy since the bill for this was $150 with tip. Worth a try but maybe once and not more

We came in for dinner Saturday night and place was packed, which is always a good sign. We didn't have to wait to long since we had a reservation , the hostess kept us in the loop and was very friendly. Once we sat down and got menu's we're were very impressed with all the different options. Our server gave us some great recommendations for appetizers and entrees. The owner was also a great guy he came by the table and introduced himself to us. The portions are large and food was so delicious. We are looking forward to our next trip. Have already told friends about what a great place this is.

Came in for my 3 year anniversary which was also Valentine's Day. The waitress seemed to be overwhelmed and took more than 10 minutes to greet us, then took another 10 minutes to return and take our order. The appetizers came out in a timely manner and the main course took a total of 60 minutes to come out after the appetizers had been cleaned off our table. Although it is white cloth, she did not crumb our table. She served me the wrong entree (someone else's food) when I told her that was not what I ordered she insisted it was. I ordered chicken and she served me some sort of seafood dish. Once she put the plate down she realized she was mistaken. She then served the correct food without my side dish. The side dish took another 5 minutes to arrive to the table. My husband did not want to eat until until I got my food. When we finished our entrees, she did not offer the dessert menu. When I asked for it, she rolled her eyes and said "I can tell you what's on it" and rushed through listing a couple desserts. We said no thank you and she dropped the check very swiftly (fastest of all parts of our service) The food was phenomenal. Because of the horrible service, I would not return. I've been a waitress in fine dining restaurants myself and understand things can get busy, but her attitude was unprofessional.
