All the bagels are terrific...the place could use a refresh. The staff are consistently grumpy looking, especially the cashier. A smile goes a long way. Customer appreciation is part of my love language.

Overpriced and incompetent. Even when there's only 2 customers they'll manage to give you the wrong order even though literally confirming what you got a second before putting the wrong thing in your bag.

I've only ever gotten whole bagels here but WOW they're perfect. Slight crunch to the outside, pillowy inside. They're even amazing plain untoasted with butter and obviously great toasted and all the way dressed up as a sandwich.

They gave me the wrong order. I asked for a refund and the guy agreed? But my card didn’t get refunded. Now I have to dispute it I guess.
If they refunded it I would go back but now they get to lose hundreds of dollars from me over years because i wont go there again or refer anybody. Enjoy the free $20.
