My drink was half empty and made the wrong way after waiting 30 minutes for it and the employees were very rude and all talking about walking out of the store and it was just a horrible experience in all, everyone has a bad attitude in that place

I am a regular customer of this place. I get my drink from there almost every day. I work next door at the suites and I have many customers who buy their drink there before seeing me. Unfortunately this morning I went in to ask if I could get some ice, the answer was NO and that I couldn't ask for ice if I didn't make a purchase... are you serious? This is the second time I've asked for ice without making a purchase and I'm a loyal customer of this store. The saddest thing is that I don't even feel like going back in there even though it's convenient because it's right next to my nail salon. sad sad sad. Zero stars for not treating their customers with love and respect, as they are the ones who make their business work.
Thanks for the crap message written on my wifes cup. "SHE DOESN'T EVEN GO HERE". I would further add that 15 minutes for a cup of black coffee is a joke. Take note Starbucks this is how you lose business. The location at 744 Bloomfield Ave, West Caldwell, NJ 07006 is the absolute worst.

Never in my life have I waited so long for a cup of coffee? Why on gods green earth should it take 40 min to make a cup of coffee? All of this with literally no sense of urgency, Waste of time and money…

So I am black and so is my girlfriend and we’ve noticed the pattern of the staff, specifically Lauren and Sam and other pawns giving us nonchalant and passive aggressive attitudes when ordering our coffees, meanwhile we are very pleasant. Yet when it’s a Caucasian person ordering they receive the utmost respect. I know it’s on purpose, and I believe Starbucks is too successful as a company to have racists running and working for them. Especially in West Caldwell where there are all different shades of people.
If you’re a racist do not work barista/customer service jobs. Simple. Please hold them accountable.

It’s a pretty busy Starbucks, but the skimping of the drinks and attitude from the workers are what gives it a truly bad reputation. Michele was making the drinks and made a mistake on one of the orders. Skimped out on the remake. The atmosphere is nice but it is not worth coming back.

Nice staff, but the lines are unbearable. They either work slow or are underemployed.
Went in to pick up coffee and egg bites for breakfast. I asked for two orders to share with a friend. The place was so busy because their drive-thru has an incredible number of people waiting in line. So I went in. Got the coffee waited about 10 minutes for the egg bites. Ask specifically if there were two orders in my bag and was told yes. Folded it up took it home and there was only one order. Tried to call back no one picks up the phone. When I was leaving I got to watch two people fighting over who was next to line at the drive-thru. Wow my first visit to the new location
I went to buy a coffee ☕ mug to replace the one that jumped out of my bag and ended up in pieces.. ?
This location manager and all employees are bad. They don’t know customers service , get new people who have some manners. Also they took 40 min to make a drink. If you are busy hire more people do fast service. They should close down this store.
