The food is absolutely atrocious, everything is either completely over cooked, extremely dry, OLD, veggies are not fresh, bacon tastes like it’s from 4 days ago and just reheated, avoid eating here at all costs. We got an omelette that was so bad I gagged. We got the lox sandwich and the salmon was soaking wet when it came out, stale bread and they don’t even put the cream cheese on — they give you a container of cream cheese to put yourself. Server was nice and the place is cute but I would eat here again even if I was starving. Absolutely disgusting.

When it was the Train Diner they had the best burgers around. Since then they've changed the burger and the taste is nowhere near the same. I tried twice thinking maybe it was off once but the 2nd time proved the change. thumbs down

We tried ordering through their website's online platform at 6:20 PM (posted hours are open until 8 PM). The order was accepted and told us it was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. We arrived at 7:00 PM and the diner was all black and looked like it had been closed for a while. Hours posted on the door said they were open until 8:00 PM. Hope they respond to the calls and Emails we sent for a refund.

The food is great, amazing service, truly love this place. The only tiny thing that bothers me (and maybe it's just me) is when they are mopping right next to me as l'm eating. The smell of the cleaning products as im eating just throws off my appetite. And as of lately it’s been every time I dine in. Other than that this place is truly amazing.

Tried Alya's tonight for the first time, ordered two turkey burgers to be delivered. I get turkey burgers at diners all the time and these were by far the worst turkey burgers I've ever had. The patties were thin, way too small for the bun, dry, hard and overcooked. I choked one down because I was hungry but threw the other one out.

Steak was paper thin and rubbery and the whole meal lacked and flavor. I was there when that baby was injured and the waitress definitely spilled coffee on the baby. I will not be returning and you people are wrong for how you handled the situation.
Waitress definitely spilled hot coffee on the baby and SHE DID NOT APOLOGIZE. Barely any food was touched because it was so gross! The owner definitely couldn’t care less and it definitely showed on her face.

We had the absolute worst experience at this place! Our child who was sitting there perfectly fine got burned by the waitress who spilled drops of hot coffee on his head. Our son was crying out “you burned the baby” and all the waitress could say was she didn’t touch him with the pot. Nobody offered any first aid or even some ice until we demanded some ice for him. The staff is not accepting any responsibility for injuring him. When we asked for a manager a waitress said there was none when it turns out the manager was the waitress that burned him! The owner was clearly more concerned with being sued than making sure the baby was ok. The manager/waitress claims she only spilled the coffee on her hand but not his head when her hand was over his head!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of care, accountability and just common decency is extremely lacking in these people. DO NOT GO HERE! I didn’t even touch your gross over cooked food and sent it back untouched. So that is a lie and you know it! As you said you have video go ahead and post it! Show a calm child on his iPad that screams out in pain after your waitress spilled hot coffee on him! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED ON HOW YOU TREATED A 3 YEAR OLD!! You all lack and morals or decency! Just because you injured and child doesn’t mean that child isn’t owed an apology!!
