Fries & nuggets were burnt to a hard crisp, burger was drowning in mayonnaise and was barely wrapped properly, bun was basically a wet mush & the sauce I was given the cashier punctured their nail into causing it to leak all over the bad , & the iced tea was basically a water because there was no syrup in the machine . Hands down worse experience i ever had point blank period and the location wasn't even busy, not sure if I was treated this way due to me not being a local but sure made your other customers feel right at home I or my family will never step foot in this location or any other locations ever again.

This place has kind people but the manager is a rude person. The manager kicked me and my friend out for using the bathroom accusing me and my friend that we were throwing ranch in the bathroom. I was trying to dry up in the rain and my friend points out the ranch then we walk out. We sit down then we get kicked out. He kept refusing to check the cameras to check when we walked in to know if we had ranch at all and didn’t want to. I hope you know this manager is the worst and stay away from this person.

The Critic

You know I have had my experiences with fast food. But yesterday I didn’t have the best. Service was decent but the food quality must’ve been off. As I’m bitting into the double stack I smelled a distasteful smell. I instantly tossed the sandwich. The meat had an issue. The beef smelled horrible. Later than night my stomach completely turned upside down. I’ve been subject to stomach pains and unusual bowel movement. Yes I know it’s fast food but to sell burgers that do not reach the
“ quality “ test is crazy. It’s in their slogan!

The entire store can’t speak English so they constantly forget items and don’t understand how to use the cash register

OMG, what a difference in staff. The cashier didn't listen to a thing my friend ordered and repeated her order back to her 3 times incorrectly. No smile, no thank you. It was actually comical and quite entertaining. Quite a surprise from past experiences. When we hire, personalities should be taken into consideration. The correct person in the correct position. Maybe this cashier would be better on the cooking line.
