We went birding in Cape May, which /seemed devoid of vegan restaurants. Bella Vista has separate vegan section in their menu. Some items are Vegan Breakfast (2 Vegan flap jacks, 2 Fakin’ Bacon, Sauteed Veggies & Vegan sausage patty), Smoked Vegan Tempeh Scrambled, Vegan Pancakes, Quinoa Veggie Bowl (really vegan), Quinoa Plato (a salad), Vegan BLT. Bella Vida is a delight! There’s a dedicated plant-based section on their menu as well as lovely salads that can easily be made vegan too. If the weather is right try the backyard garden seating - it’s charming. Also, they have their own parking which is awesome in Cape May.
Perfect experience on such a great day! We stopped in, as we try to do when we’re in town, and were seated immediately. Our server Rachael was amazing! I’m always indecisive and she suggests the sweet potato pancakes and other options as back ups! Super polite and very attentive to her tables! Will definitely be coming back and requesting her
