Arrived at the store to pick up a door dash order. There were 3 employees working and they told me it would be a minute. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes without them starting the order. I understand the need to prioritize customers in the store, but they are serving people now who have walked in 30 minutes later. The door dash order was one small Sunday. They are not very respectful of a delivery drivers time.

I drive 15min arrive at 9:27 and the girl looks at me, the doors locked and the business is closed???? The door literally says 10 what is the deal?????

The one on Prospect in Little Silver is better, and they stay open until their stated time.

I bought a birthday cake for my son. The cake was good. It’s the same as every other Carvel. I live in Old Bridge and the only difference is, in Old Bridge when you ask for extra chocolate crunchies, they just give you a cup of them. This place charges you $4 Which is just cheap and bad business. Nickel and dime people is just pathetic!

I’m so disappointed. I ordered carvel on Uber eats tonight the butter pecan flavor and it tasted like someone mixed my icecream with wall spackle. 10.00 down the drain.
