I've literally almost never had a positive experience at this dunkin. Most recently simply ordered 2 toasted bagels with butter and 2 egg and cheese wraps. The bagels were barely toasted and were absolutely loaded and globbed with mostly unmelted butter. The two wraps had bacon on them despite being ordered as egg and cheese. I'm not gonna say no to some extra bacon but seriously how hard is it to screw up a couple bagels and wraps. And don't even get me started on previous drinks I've had from here. All down right old tasting... Damn shame as it's such a convenient location which is the only reason I still very occasionally go here

Rude and disrespectful manager. Tall young man. Gave our food to someone else who had it in their car and then was forcing me and my family to take it. When we said no he proceeded to raise his voice yelling at us NOBODY TOUCHED IT JUST TAKE IT. In front of other customers. While getting others orders wrong for other people. There were 3 other staff members trying to calm him down. This was so disrespectful and embarrassing. He should get fired because this place will loose more customers.

ordered 2 coolattas and both where very sweet definitely not made with only 3 pumps of flavoring. usually wouldn’t comeback to complain but it was so bad and I had get it remade since one was for a friend. the worker guy remade it and it was still awful and way too sweet. big waste of 10 dollars.

Wc so dirty my stomach got upset, no paper at dispensers hanging, dirt paper everywhere. This plate should be shot down you can catch germs by touching door handle.

Ordered a sparkling refresher and got a plain water one instead. I drove away before I tasted it and if you know this location, it’s a pain to take the 3 jughandles in the summer to get back around to the store. Disappointing. I also had to add a full bottle of water to make it taste decent. It was pure concentrate. Last time I got the Sabrina refresher it wasn’t mixed.

Worst Dunkin in Monmouth county! Do yourself a favor and drive 5 more minutes to a different location! These positive reviews obviously are from people who work there… every single time day or night I stop there I have a issue… like how hard is it to make a drink with a sticker on the side of the cup with the order??!! It’s ridiculous… stay clear from this location

I have yet to come to this place and get good service or fresh food. It’s like a money grip. Horrible. Absolutely horrible half hour to get a cup of coffee in the drive-through when you get locked in and you can’t back out.

I have never had such bad service at a Dunkin before in my life and I am a frequent goer. On top of the terrible service there were bits of plastic in my coolata. See pictures. I came to this Dunkin today for the first time and I couldn't believe what I had seen a worker i guess was on her break she walked up to the donut rack and took one with her bare hand no napkin or wax paper her bare hand that is nasty

Rt. 36 Dunkin' is terrible! Some of the staff have such terrible attitudes and no customer service skills at all! My order wasn't correct. Nobody knew nothing or seemed to want to help correct my issue. One of the workers argued with me instead of just correcting the issue after the manager told her to. It was just awful that I would NEVER go back to that one! And too make matters worst my hasbrowns were just thrown into the bag upside dwn n wasn't even cooked all the way. Then, just tossed onto the counter and another customer had to tell me.
