This morning I ordered snacking bacon and two hash browns a medium coffee and a medium dragon fruit lemonade. Both of which I have a keychain coupon that doesn't expire till 11/30 and the location on the back is 07740 Long Branch. She stated the keychain coupon is t working . Sees it's not expired and doesnt want to manually fix it to make it correct. The key chain coupon takes off about 89cents off of each drink. Shayna Rodriguez was the one supposed to be helping me. I did tell her id be writing a review and requested the receipt.the receipt is blank. Almost no ink on it. And you can't see anything

Stopped by this morning, very rude customer service, used to get my coffee from here last year almost every night and it was always good , there was a nice white guy I remember him his name is Scott used to serve me and my friend , we were love to go there everyday, I was away few months and I just got back home , I think this is last time I am going to this place .

We just walked up to get coffee and donuts and the door is locked. There is someone clearly standing inside, an employee staring out the window while drinking a frozen coffee who refuses to open the door despite the fact that sign on the door says that they close at 8:00. Their internet hours are also listed at 8:00. Dear person standing at the window staring at us, you're a HUGE liability for the owner. You just watched us and others walk up to your door while you kept it locked knowing full well that you were standing right there at the window next to the door staring at us with a dunkin' donuts frozen coffee in your hand. I sure hope you paid for that cold coffee that you were holding in your hand while staring at everyone trying to get in the building that you had locked before hours. I sure hope the owner doesn't realize that instead of doing your job, you were drinking a frozen coffee that you poured yourself for free while not allowing customers to enter the building that is clearly posted as being open until 8:00.

Solid Dunkin, I always go there for coffee and they are very friendly and organized.
Sign says open for walk-in at 5am, so does the app. Woman working didn't open the door and signed six through the window. Thanks for nothing.

By far the best dunkin near me. I guess it doesn’t say so much because the ones near me stink, but these associates are always so friendly even in the drive thru and always give extra munchkins especially at the end of the day. The drinks are usually made well too.

Awful place to go. Loved going there until this lady that works at the drive through started being weird. Every time I go there and she’s there she’s always rude to costumers I went there to order an iced coffee she started rolling her eyes at me and left without saying nothing. When I was leaving she rolled her eyes again. Awful person if you don’t like working with people then don’t work at Dunkin just to make everyone have a bad experience.
