I have to say the food I ordered came to the window. Very Hot and fresh and I believe if you frys come in the bag and Hamburger and if it's not Hot take it back

They advertise it to be drive-thru 24hrs but I cant count the times Ive ordered something, got charged and when I arrived their systems where down at 3am and there where nothing they can do. just horrible. If you are going do advertise being open until a certain time then actually do that, making people waste their times.

Thought we were getting the meal deal. It only included a burger and another sandwich, not fries, to me that's not a meal. I'll go to Applebee's or chiles

Absolutely embarrassing. Slow and wrong order after hour wait. Should just bashed my head on the window would have had a better experience. Rude workers. Was the worst experience ever.

i got Saturday night 11 pm 8/17/2024 i place my order they was mad at me for ordering screaming i was trying to be nice i order 3 mc chickens 1 strawberry shake 3 larges fries 3 cokes larges 6 buffalo sauce , when i got to the window i paid they did NOT give the receipt they told me to what are u wait for really mad i told them my buffalo sauce that i paid for. one scream charge him i told her i already paid for they told me to leave but i don't have my drinks i told her i already paid for, she got mad at me telling me i didn't ordered but it was showing on the screen. she said screaming GIVE YOUR BAG AND YOUR CARD BECAUSE IM CASELING THE ORDER. i told her no i already paid for my drinks please just give my drinks she was screaming she said IM CALLING THE COPS ON YOU. i don't not because im Hispanic Shes being racist to me but i did not got my drinks she was treating to me. i decide to leave. now I'm so disappointment that the call the cops on me for drinks i paid for i don't know what to do. Mcdonal's company shouldn't treat costumer like that i was with my family i feel sad upset assaulted for something i paid for I DID NOT GET MY receipt

Everything is good except the General manager of the store Johanna. I use to work with her. She calls her staff retarts, and is a very mean, rude person. She treats the little oriental lady in there terrible. So nasty!! No wonder there are so many bad reviews. And she's even nastier to this day.
Bad service, they didn't give me what I requested at the beginning, I think the customer service shift at this time is the worst, I have never felt so disappointed in a McDonald's, don't go to this store, unless you want to ruin your evening

I previously requested mayonnaise and ketchup, and when I went to pick up my order they told me there wasn't any, then someone else came out and told me that if I wanted mayonnaise I had to pay for it and they also didn't give me the ketchup that I previously requested when ordering, I had a bad deal, They were nice and warm, they just wanted me to pay and get out of line, for a mayonnaise they wanted to send me to order again, so I decided to leave upset, I don't recommend it, it was the But Macdonald I've been to

The app says they serve dinner/lunch items until 3:59am. Yet I was told the systems were down at 3:30am, for three days in a row. I asked an employee about it and they said they like to stop serving around 3:30am. That's NOT what the app says & my mobile order still goes thru when i place it. My money is Wasted every time I order late night though the app, as well as my gas and time.

I normally visit this McDonald's every weekend but today I visited this location at 6:15am in the morning and a worker was blocking 2 of the parking spaces where you pick up your food. I then tried to go inside but they told me only the drive thru was open at the time which made no sense bc this location always has the inside open. So I pulled around to the drive thru and placed my order. When I went around to pay for my order the weird lady that works there that was blocking the 2 parking spaces in the front tried to tell the workers to spit in my food bc I told her she shouldn't be parked there. I then asked the cashier for the manager and the cashier told me to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager again they threatened to call police on me for asking to receive my breakfast. here's a picture of the cashier and manager today. I'll be calling corporate and going back to speak to management in person. Seems like this McDonald's has a serious history and problem with customer service, all customers should read the previous reviews and hopefully corporate does too. Thanks ?
