The store is nice, clean and convenient to where I live but the people who work here need some serious customer service skills. Rude, rude and rude! This last visit was the last for me. Talk about serious attitude, misery, and eye rolling! Jessica- you seriously need to step back away from working with people if you are that miserable! The way you talk to people is unacceptable and how you are still working here is a mystery. I get when you have a bad day but I had the pleasure of ending up with you several times and every time-same nasty, rude attitude. You are not the only one, just the worse one. Last week stood at the bakery section waiting to get a cupcake, the girl saw me, never stopped unpacking the boxes to ask if I needed help, instead kept on her merry way until I had to ask her for her assistance when 5 min went by. The rolling of the eyes and anger on her face was classic, didn't say a word and threw my cupcake on the counter and went back to her boxes- unbelievable. I stopped coming here and refuse to spend another dime here because of the poor customer service I consistently experience. I would rather drive the extra miles to Parsippany where customer service is CONSISTENTLY above and beyond. Many of the staff at West Orange need to take some serious Customer Service skills and lessons from the Parsippany store or better yet TRADER JOE's.

Do not go here if you need coffee. It's never open! I feel sorry for the people who search coffee and this pops up because it's a coffee kiosk within a Whole Foods. The thing is that the kiosk is rarely open. Even in the morning during prime coffee hours it's closed. Jeez!

Whole Foods was a few minutes drive from Residence Inn West Orange so we swung by while in town. Lots of thing to bring back to room.

Lucky to have this location close to home. Taking good care that shoppers are jacked and gloved. They spray the wagons. AlwAys helpful and plenty of good selections. You might have to wait in line a bit, but they do use the 6 ft distance rule. Bravo.

Freshest, organic, vegetables and all produce. Meat and fish is stellar with smart and knowledgeable butchers. Hot buffet food, salads, breads and desserts are over the top. Cannot say enough about this chain. A bit on pricey side, but getting tops for what you pay.

We love this Whole Foods at dinnertime when we don't want to cook but don't want to sit in a restaurant, so we do Whole Foods' comprehensive take out aisles. Menu is diverse and wholesome, lots of salads and world cuisines. Centrally located in West Orange, Essex County, NJ, near Montclair, Livingston, South Orange, Maplewood, etc.

This review is for the ramen place in wholeFood. I was surprised to find out that there is a ramen stand in this supermarket and so I came here to get dinner. When I ordered, I was told that I needed to wait for five minutes. Then I saw the staff scooping the ramen broth out to heat it and also cook the noodle in boiling water. I was happy because I knew the food I will be getting is prepared correctly. Once the food is prepared, then put the bowl in a box. I wanted to pay for my food right there but was told that I will have to pay at the grocery check out line. Fine. Then, with only one item in hand, I got behind the line with people pushing a cart load of food. It took me a few minutes to get through. BTW, I tried to use the self checkout line but the self checkout kiosks do not have a scanning gun. The bar code for the ramen is at the top of the bowl and unless you tilt your bowl 90 degrees you cannot scan it. But even if you do, you will end up with a bowl of ramen without broth. Once I paid for the food, I found a spot, sat down, and tried to open the lid. I was a bit concerned when I saw the broth. I had the Yutzu chicken ramen and I could literally saw a layer of fat on top of the broth. I tried a spoonful and realized that the broth is just lukewarm. Had I spilled the soup on my lap, I would not have been burned. The lukewarm, oily soup is really unpleasant. Yutzu is pomelo. It's in the citrus family and I thought this is supposed to cut the grease. But it did not. Honestly, this bowl of ramen is really one of the worst bowl of ramen I have ever had in my life. I will not be coming back to get food from here.

Came here to do some shopping and also get some food. The place is quite pleasant. The food court has coffee, pizza, ramen and other things. The standard buffet is there too. I think I will come here more often.

Very good coffee... It's a hit or miss on who makes it though...

Our main store in the area. Fresh baked everything. Fresh coffee. Assorted scones, croissants, rolls and best muffins. The hot and cold food bars are famous. Salads are make your own, with so much variety. Hot food is plentiful with oriental, vegan and American cuisine. Have fabulous flower shop with a variety of prices along the board. Very reasonable orchids. Fresh cut flowers or bundles.
