It would be 0 stars if that was an option. We ordered on Uber eats and we got a banana split. We then got a call telling us that they didn’t have that, and when we tried to replace it with something else, they were out of almost every sequential flavor we picked. After deciding to cancel and talking with Uber eats help, I was hit with a 10 dollar fee. They should have canceled the order for us and reached out saying they didn’t have the item, rather than us pretty much pay for it through Uber cancel fees.

so i already walked and it was already bad vibes it was nothing but one worker. We looked at the ice cream and the ice cream had a whole bunch of freezer frost on it and also the worker that was there gave us 3 ladies a mean mug they also didnt even have any cones and i was forced to get a baby cone and you would think i wouldve gotten a big scoop as a substitute for it not being a big cone but no the scoop was even small to and i had to pay for a regular scoop in a small cone. Overall experience was a 0 out of 10 and i will never go again..

My daughter wanted to go for the 1st time I took her she was disappointed they had no flavors that they said they had online also they didn't have the creation treat any of them the rung me up for one paid for then told me they didn't have it really upset my daughter . They have nothing the ice cream was freezer burnt we had ice chips all in. Worst experience I ever had.

Horrible experience with Baskin Robbins. Placed an order of a birthday cake only to tell me they didn't have it on the day of the pick up. I called 2 days, a day and the same day of the pick up date and no ones answered they're phone. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not go to this store nor any Baskin Robbins again.

I have tried to order from them on DoorDash and Uber eats whenever I do they cancel my order if it’s close to closing or after 7:30 I can never get an order. It’s like the 10th time this has happened. One time recently I thought oh maybe this is the day I’ll get my order. Welp to good to be true, A rude associate called and said they didn’t have one of the ice cream favors and when I said “ok, so what are the options”? He gave me 3 options I picked one and he immediately hung up on me. Then he called back and said we don’t have your other item either so I said I’ll just cancel with the app. I guess I’ll just support another business that appreciate people still trying to support in this pandemic ??♀️
