Great carvel ice cream as expected but no where to sit.

I was so excited to get ice cream here after a long walk, but turns out they put HOT waffle in a plastic cup to form the waffle cup and then put ice cream on there but obviously they shouldn’t have done that because you can’t clearly tell that the plastic bowl is deformed afterwards… And you can’t taste the plastic when you tired their waffle cup, I threw it away right after I realized they do that! Such a big disappointment

The lady working days here made my birthday! I wish I had gotten her name, but she was so sweet and so helpful. She made just what I wanted for my retro throwback birthday. I love Carvel, and this woman made me remember why I loved them as a kid.

Nice clean shop with a friendly staff. Terrific soft serve and a wide variety of options. Their ice cream cakes are fresh and delicious, and are offered in a good selection of sizes and styles. You can buy cups of extra crunchies, and as any crunchies aficionado knows, Carvel has the best. Speaking of which, Carvel offers a Crazy for Crunchies Cake that is fantastic. Just be sure to order that (and any custom cakes) at least two days in advance. Buy One - Get One Free Sundays on Wednesdays.
Stopped by after a trip to the zoo. My ice cream was humongous. Very good treat to cool down. ? carvels the best.

This place is a hidden gem. The cupcakes are perfect in texture, flavor and appearance from the moist but not gooey cake to the sweet flavorful but not sugary icing.
