Very low key Chinese resturant with good food. Food always seems freshly prepared. At first glance it may seem like the restaurant is closed but once arrive you'll realize there is activity inside. Merchants are patient and helpful. Food can be pricey. Place seems clean but may need some updating.
Looks like something was not right? We came in about 8 but it had no people inside but we tried to give them a try. Food came out a little long, salty and stale (the BBQ pork) but nothing was... good. I felt sorry for the owner of this restaurant and his wife, They really seriously need help. We saw no cook, no employee inside and outside to help the owner so we can tell what's going on. Good luck with their business
My family has visited this restaurant for over 20 years, and this restaurant has consistently had good food. We prefer this restaurant to other Chinese restaurants in the area and in NYC Chinatown. Our favorites are the beef pan fried noodles Hong Kong style and the salt-baked squid. We also enjoy the eggplant casserole, sizzling beef, and moo shu pork.
