I have been ordering from and coming to this location for years and I’m happy to say I’m never coming back. I was willing to overlook the blatant lack of consistency in quality, service and overall experience that infests this location for the convenience relative to my location. However, my experience this week has ensured my commitment to the location on Willowbrook, which is considerably more consistent with their product and service. I originally placed an order through the UberEats app for a burrito, chips, and a kids carnitas quesadilla for my 3 year old son who was very hungry and excited to eat his carnitas quesadilla after a long day. When I opened what I thought was going to be a kids carnitas quesadilla and found what you are seeing in the attached image I was shocked and upset. I say with no embellishment that what I received in the attached image was the worst execution of a basic sandwich I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I have actually personally witnessed a severely mentally disabled child execute a quesadilla far superior to this one. When I showed my very tired and hungry 3 year old son his ‘quesadilla’ he said, “What is that!?” And proceeded to get very sad and start crying. He couldn’t seem to rationalize how or why someone, an adult, would prepare a meal for a child in such a way. I mean they’d have to be completely and totally selfish as well as incompetent. Hard to imagine someone like that even exists… anyway this is not even the end of the story. So now it’s almost 8 pm and my 3 year old son is tired, hungry and crying because of this Chipotle. My sons mother drives to the chipotle (while she was trying to help her elderly mother) with the receipts, pictures and screen shots; in hopes that this situation may be resolved and our son fed. The manager makes her wait and argues with her back and forth in front of customers to pay for the new quesadilla, despite being shown more than all of the adequate proof and the quesadilla having been made less than an hour before. Her reasoning being that “it’s not showing in the system” when she knows full well the system takes hours to be able to search an order as it has to be processed and cataloged by both the slow uber eats servers and the ultra mega slow chipotle servers. But clearly that was just an attempt to bully this customer into paying and feigning ignorance rather than take any accountability (how typical lol iykyk) because she eventually just dropped the act and finally let us have the kids quesadilla we paid for almost 3 hours previous.

8:30pm, To come to chipotle and get a poor service from the lady that was serving the toppings was quite unpleasant. It wasn’t super busy. I felt like I was rushed to order and when I did pick she skipped the cheese and never asked if I was finished picking toppings. She just closed the container and pushed it off to the side, although I was still picking. While she was covering it I asked for lettuce, and just point to the corner referring to the tiny cups… didn’t bother to just take the cover off that was half way put on in the first place. To make things worse the food was cold. To whom the manger is, your employee needs a classes on customer service and their hours cut because they cut my food short lmaoooo

The white big girl had a terrible attitude. She slammed my bowl and had to make it again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this restaurants quality is horrible. I order steak and rice (regular or) and it all tasted like a bowl salt. I literally have to give myself to take Atleast a few bites cause I was so hungry

It was just terrible service. We get there at 9:45pm and there is no brown rice anymore, no pinto beans and they aren’t refilling it even though they close at 11pm. Then when we get our food we are sitting down eating and the lady at the cash register that comes up to us and tells us we have to get up and leave. She also kicks out other people that were just trying to eat. If you close at 11pm. Why are people getting kicked out at 10:30pm. I get you want to go home but that’s just terrible service. I would not recommend coming to this chipotle anymore

I frequent Chipotle and out of the 30 or so locations I've been too, this one is HANDS DOWN the best.
Servers NEVER skimp on the portion sizes and the food is always fresh and quick. Have been going here for 3 years and will continue to do so!

My biggest disappointment was the manager. Ordered two veggie bowls in person during the dinner rush, they were out of fajita veggies and the replenishment wasn’t ready. We moved down, continued our order, paid and let the line clear out and before asking for veggies.
We explained the situation, and gave us two half full salad dressing containers of veg, barely an order’s worth. I asked for more, the manger gestured at staff to blow us off. We waited an unnecessary amount of time, requested the veggies several times, and had to wait him out before confronting him directly.
Again, it was a VEGGIE BOWL, wasn’t trying to finesse anyone. He met us half way, and had me feeling like Oliver Twist over getting my order right. Ridiculous.
Also things like having a chunk of steak on top of a veggie bowl mobile order (which we couldn’t eat due to religious reasons) is just unnecessary.

Always in a rush for no reason. There can be a line of 4 people and they splash ingredients into your bowl like the lines out the door and they’re about to close.

Rude cashier because i arrived 10 minutes before the store closed, if he isn’t happy he should go work somewhere else or the restaurant should close at 10:50!!! No need to be mean with a client.
