Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered on the app. Picked up order and burrito was very poorly made. The foil was the only thing holding it together. Burrito was cold, steak was chewy and flavorless. Ordered to chimmichurri sauce and received very little. Whenever it’s close to closing they get very sloppy.

The server was barely paying attention to what he was doing. I had to stop him several times because he was about to put something I didn't ask for in my bowl. I know they have a specific amount they serve per item, but this guy was purposely undeserving, to the point I had to ask him to put some food in my bowl. Literally, I counted them, four little pieces of bell peppers in my bowl from the mixed vegetables. His attitude was rude. Never made eye contact and acted annoyed whenever I corrected him on my order. It took everything for me not to curse him out.

I've been going here for a while, but this last time the portion they gave was so tiny. I complained to the manager and he did not care and did not even bother to check, he just answered with an attitude.

I usually come to this place, but there was a lady who served a comically small amount of cheese and had a smug expression while doing it, as if she was ragebaiting me. I had to ask for more guacamole and cheese on mine, and even then she was unbelievably stingy

The service here sucks. They’re going so fast that they don’t listen and they put stuff in my order that I specifically said no to. Then she tries to scoop it out saying all better but clearly it’s not. I wouldn’t visit here again.

I’ve been a West Orange chipotle stan since I moved to NJ, but sadly today that changed. My boyfriend and I went for dinner and were greeted with terrible customer service. The guy making his bowl put a tiny bit of cheese and tried to charge him when he asked for more. WHEN DID THAT START? Usually the portions at this location are amazing and today they were TERRIBLE. Why am I paying $15 to still be hungry?? Ts was a snack not even a meal😭When it was my turn to check out, I told the cashier I had a free drink to redeem and she snapped at me saying their scanner wasn’t working. When I asked what I should do bc I’d already redeemed my points, she says “I don’t know but I’m not giving you the free drink”. I understand tech difficulties but she was downright rude. Like I genuinely had to take a second bc this lady caught me so off guard. Like NAW. Anyways, I guess it’s time to try the Bloomfield chipotle.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Chipotle franchise. The management was extremely rude and unprofessional. The portion sizes were ridiculously small — even after paying extra, the serving was still nowhere near worth the price. Extremely disappointing service overall.

Chipotle has become too bloody expensive

I went here last night it was like 8:30pm and the older spanish women who starts off with the orders was so rude…i asked her which one was carne asada and she’s standing by the wall and just points. like hello girl i have no idea what your pointing at. Then i asked her for extra cheese and she gave me LITERALLY THE SMALLEST PINCH of cheese I have ever seen in my life literally 2 shreds of cheese (mind u i got charged for this so called extra cheese). Then she’s was rushing onto the next person and i can’t even tell her anything …mind you there was only one other person in the line behind me. Like yall need to get it together with the attitude and rushing cause this isn’t the first time i’ve dealt with rudeness and I will not be going back to this location.

I was a regular customer until today I frequent at various location. However my experience at this location was horrible. Will not ever go back it's a turn off when your food selection is rushed and thrown together. Some items were not available and staff didn't care but I cared. I choose your establishment to have dinner and couldn't eat the food due to the way it was presented. The garbage bins were over loaded and it was just a mess...

Quite literally the worst experience I had at a chipotle, I’m not a clean freak, nor did I give the girl a problem, I work in customer service so when it comes to making complaints about certain things I want to tread lightly and give someone the benefit of the doubt, but this was just a collection of many people working at that location that didn’t care for their customers and jobs. but the customer service was absolutely terrible, the girl did not have an apron on, and when I paid in CASH she received it and followed through with the next customer even though she didn’t change her gloves, which I thought was really unsanitary. When I ordered the meal I saw that she gave me half a spoon of what I ordered, and when I asked her for a little more, she literally just gave me 1 more piece. Along side that, the meat was dry, the corn was stained purple? And the entire dining room area was a mess. All in all, there is better chipotle locations around this area, that have better food, better workers, and a cleaner environment.
