Never go to chipotle in West Orange. They’ve been open since 8 o’clock 9 o’clock and they tell me that they do not have change of $100.00 Mind you my order came out to $25. You only have to give me back.75.00 really they’re lying and the service is poor. What type of manager don’t have change and you do cash out for the next shift. I’ll stay away from West Orange chipotle.

Bruhh ain't coming to this place again. I ask for double protein and I gotta ask again for more protein? Coz I got half scoops of two scoops which basically is one scoop. And the cashier is trash, I didn't know double meat now is a whopping 5.55 dollars (for 1 scoop apparently) and when asked, they got this arrogant face like they own the place and I came to beg. I could get a whole buffet for 20 bucks at this point. Honestly don't come here unless you got too much money.

Bruh I don’t know what goes on in there I feel like everyone who works there hates their life period. 03/17/24 I placed a DoorDash order at 9:32pm for a steak bowl with white rice beans salsa sour cream lettuce. They completely messed up my order by giving me the wrong protein. Instead of steak they gave me I’m guessing to be barbacoa that’s not what i asked for and paid extra for. My bowl was barely filled they gave the tiniest portion. They close on DoorDash at 10:30pm so why are y’all rationing? People are paying for this. They also forgot the sour cream and I know for a fact they didn’t have a care in the world while making my bowl because they didn’t even put the sticker on it listing everything I want in the bowl. Which is another reason why I think they messed up. I don’t know who the manager is or the store owner but you all need to nip this in the butt immediately. The night employees need training AGAIN. If they were out of steak refund me don’t give me something else because I want what I ordered. I believe this is a problem from top to bottom. Someone isn’t doing their job which is why the employees feel so comfortable not doing theirs.

Came in today and it was terrible you had West Orange high school kids everywhere making a mess and being extremely loud, and I didn't see a manager anywhere. Now the workers that don't listen to what you say and the young lady threw out a bowl of food and I don't understand why I asked for three rice bowls and she threw one of the bowels in the garbage when I said something to her she act like she had a attitude and to make things worse the top was not on my food correctly so some of my food leaked out. They need to do better, I'm still trying to find out where is the Manager. ?

I always come to this chipotle and the service is usually bad but bearable. But this is my last straw. I came to this chipotle tonight and there were multiple hairs in my food. I literally threw up after finding it mixed up inside my bowl with hairs wrapped around the food. It was absolutely disgusting. This is not okay. I don’t even want to hear the word chipotle or step foot anywhere near that place. This is highly unsanitary. Please be safe and check for hairs. If you are looking for a good chipotle to go to. Go to the East Hanover location. They actually fill up your bowls better than the West Orange location ever will.

Had my first experience here today. I read through a handful of reviews before deciding to submit mine, but looks like other people have the same complaints as me about this location so I decided to write a review. Rude staff and very small portion sizes, especially with the protein. I always ask for double protein at every chipotle I go to - asked for double protein here on two bowls and I was shocked at what I received. I even had to ask for extra, but then was told I would get charged for triple protein so I refused. Received attitude from the staff when asking for extra servings. For the price that we pay for chipotle nowadays, this particular location should be ashamed of their portion sizes. I do not recommend this particular location.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Terrible service with staff who couldn’t care less. Always long waits, inconsistent food quality, and always very disorganized. Don’t come here.
