Staff needs to be retrained. It was a shorter young lady and a young guy with a short cut working November 23 745pm. The music was extremely loud. To be fair I’m fine with loud music, but not if you can’t hear me or the other staff . They couldn’t hear what I was saying. She turned it down at first, but maybe the guy turned it back up ? When I placed my order, Most annoyingly the caramel bottle was empty for my cinnamon bun with caramel -instead of him, refilling it. He literally tried to give me a cinnamon bun with pecans And almost no caramel then I said if you’re out that’s fine. I’ll just take a regular cinnamon bun he said no we have it -so instead of refilling it and giving me what I paid for -which they charge extra for . They were willing to make it incorrectly, so then I asked can they make it correctly with the actual caramel that they normally used. That I paid for ? The younger guy then refilled the caramel bottle- they were too lazy to just refill the bottle to put it on, but we’re fine charging me for the Caramel price. I was the only person in the store. Had I not been there in person and saw him he would’ve put it in the bag and I would’ve went home like other customers upset that I didn’t get what I paid for. I could overlook the music the mess behind the back I think work should be fun, but do not charge customers for something that you did not give them, Just do it correctly and this economy food is too expensive for someone to pay $15 for you to mess up their order out of pure laziness. Then they were annoyed that I asked to actually get what I paid for?

Mrs Harriet the Manager was such a pleasure to meet, she was just so kind, hospitable, and she truly made me feel like a valued customer. She made sure that I had a beautiful experience while I was there. She always bakes the cinnamon buns just right, nice, and fluffy, and they're always fresh when she's there. She's also very patient, and understanding, and always wants to make sure that customer's are happy and satisfied! Very pleasant staff as well.

Ordered a Cinnabon, asked for it warmed but it wasn’t. It was undercooked, and my husband got sick after eating part of it. Staff was rude and treated us like we were lying when we asked for a replacement.

This was one of the most disgusting Cinnabon/auntie Anne’s I’ve ever had. The pretzels was so hard, bit into it and almost broke a tooth. The Cinnabon was stale and icing was hard. There was a girl and a boy working there and were both very rude and lacked good customer service, overall THE WORST

I'm not going to go on and on but it's just Cinnabon a nice soft dough a ton of icing with Cinnamon to match hot and ready to eat not from the microwave is that to much to ask for now a days?

I didn’t realize one opened up near my house! It’s amazing! Went there for the first time today workers are nice and it’s small area . Bought the classic Cinnabon ! Really good ! Will come back again 🫡

This location is horrible the stuff at Cinnabon and auntie Ann’s taste nothing like the mall locations My mango slushy and strawberry slushy taste like only lemonade Also I orders pretzel bites and it came with less than it was suppose too I was really excited about this coming to west orange .. however I will never be visiting this location again
