Wish i could give 0 stars!! Stood there for 10 mins with my kid and got completely ignored!!! The guy came out from the back and took the customer BEHIND ME!! Like what??? Even if you didn’t know wouldn’t you ask 1st if everyone’s being helped? EVEN THOUGH I was clearly standing IN THE LINE!! So ridiculous! Just shut this store down already! Or hire more professional staff everyone who works on Thursdays there suck !!

If I could give them zero stars I would. 1. I was looking forward to a new flavor but they didn’t have it and didn’t communicate that until after waiting in the long line for over 10 minutes. Nice workers, but very slow, talking over the ice cream, lines are VERY LONG. 2. There is more than one cold plate to make the ice cream but an employee uses it as a storage place to put their bags and keys rather than using it to improve the line and just unsanitary. This was my First and LAST time at this Coldstone. 3. Very OVERPRICED. A small cup for 9 dollars and some change. Over all, very unpleasant and not satisfied at all.

Just left there and it was so unprofessional. Three people behind the counter. It was a long line and the two female workers sat there and talked for at least 10 mins before one of them came to help me. Then they had the nerve to talk over my ice cream. I had to ask them not to talk over it. They had NO GLOVES, NO MASK, and NO HAIR NETS. As I’m paying, the gentleman asked me if I wanted my change. Since when is that a question? I will be taking the extra drive and going to South Orange.

I stopped in the West Orange store to get my mother a small cup of strawberry ice cream. It cost $9.37 for a small cup. No toppings and no other extras. I'll never go to a Cold Stone again! You can go other places just as good or better for half the price.

Ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday through Instacart. The wrong order was delivered. Had to have my daughter uber back to the store to get the order corrected. This after I had already paid near $20 in delivery fees. The store did not even apologize for their mistake or even offer a discount or something free. Will not be using them again

I bought a large round cake here which is about $67 to only get home and see that the cake is crooked/leaning to one side/unbalance. I called and saw spoke to the manager and she said I should've picked a better cake and the pans come like this. I've always bought cold stone cake because they were always consistent, however, this location has awful customer service and their cakes or not done property.
The woman working there was pleasant and she did put on gloves which is good. However, she was on the floor and talking over the ice cream while preparing it. It did make me lose my appetite a bit and the ice cream wasn’t as good. Hopefully it better next time.

Way over priced! I’m starting to think NISHANT(owner) does is steal money from their customers. The store in Newark is $6 for a small but in west orange it is almost $10 for a small ! Unbelievable I will not be eating here anymore.

I called this place to make modifications to my order but they do not have a functioning phone system, which is utterly unprofessional. On top of that, when my 2 sundaes arrived, 1 was properly sealed with saran wrap while the other was not and was completely melted and overflowing. Either this place was negligent while packaging my order, or it was tampered with by my driver. I am leaning towards the first option. These sundaes are over $10 apiece and my expectation is to receive quality for the price point. I will never order from this place again and advise others to do the same.
