Ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday through Instacart. The wrong order was delivered. Had to have my daughter uber back to the store to get the order corrected. This after I had already paid near $20 in delivery fees. The store did not even apologize for their mistake or even offer a discount or something free.
Will not be using them again

I bought a large round cake here which is about $67 to only get home and see that the cake is crooked/leaning to one side/unbalance. I called and saw spoke to the manager and she said I should've picked a better cake and the pans come like this. I've always bought cold stone cake because they were always consistent, however, this location has awful customer service and their cakes or not done property.

The woman working there was pleasant and she did put on gloves which is good. However, she was on the floor and talking over the ice cream while preparing it. It did make me lose my appetite a bit and the ice cream wasn’t as good. Hopefully it better next time.

Way over priced! I’m starting to think NISHANT(owner) does is steal money from their customers. The store in Newark is $6 for a small but in west orange it is almost $10 for a small ! Unbelievable I will not be eating here anymore.

I called this place to make modifications to my order but they do not have a functioning phone system, which is utterly unprofessional. On top of that, when my 2 sundaes arrived, 1 was properly sealed with saran wrap while the other was not and was completely melted and overflowing. Either this place was negligent while packaging my order, or it was tampered with by my driver. I am leaning towards the first option. These sundaes are over $10 apiece and my expectation is to receive quality for the price point. I will never order from this place again and advise others to do the same.

Yummy! My favorite guilty pleasure! The ice cream is a such a treat on a hot day, or any day for that matter. The cones can be a bit burnt and stale which is my only complaint about that location. Otherwise, the ice cream itself tastes great!

The young man who mad our ice cream was nice enough, but the he seemed to be the only one, out of 4 people, actually working. There were 3 girls talking and hanging out in the back, but they didn't help with the register or the ice cream. One guy had to do it all. Then, as soon as he was done, he was back on his phone.

Meanwhile, there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, nor were there napkins in the place. My ice cream was almost soup, though the flavor was good. There just wasn't much else positive about the experience.

The ice cream is WAY TO EXPENSIVE for the service and supplies to be in such poor shape!! This was the most expensive ($7.79 for a LIKE it aka SMALL) and worst supplied Cold Stone I've ever been to, and as a cross-country truck driver, I've been to a lot! They need some new management, here!

I ordered a signature creation, they handed it to me covered in ice cream, and dripping. I was given no spoon, and the napkins were empty in the entire store. When I used the restroom, there was no toilet paper, and the soap was just water in a bottle on the sink. Lots of dirty tables here, and employees are not very outgoing, and or friendly. The ice cream was soup consistency, but tasted good, that's a plus?

This is the only ice cream shop I’ve ever been to that has zero napkins available. Literally none. Also, no toilet paper. Bring your own paper products I guess? Terribly managed business.

Buyer beware. Ordered a cake online on a Friday for pickup on Saturday, order went in no problem. I call the store to confirm the order and am told that the person who makes cakes isn’t in on Fridays or Saturdays and that I need to reach out to the owner. So I do - owner assures me that he will take care of it and asks if I can pick up from a different (further location). I say ok.
The next day I text the owner that I am leaving to go pick up the cake and get no response. I get there and then am told that the owner “forgot” and now I need to drive back to the original location.

Here is where it gets worse- I am somewhat annoyed that I had to spend an hour driving around to pick up the cake. When I voice that feeling to the owner, not only does he not offer any consideration, he acts like the victim because “he was only trying to help”. Then proceeds to send a text clearly not meant me calling me crazy with a screenshot of my conversation with him.

As a woman- I do love being called crazy. I will never order again from this owner who owns several franchises in NJ (I know of at least West Orange, South Orange, and Flemington) since he clearly looks down on his customers, doesn’t understand how to run a business, but clearly believes himself a victim.

I normally love coming here but I don’t know if the person who made this was new or not. I asked for cookie dough ice cream but I basically received a milkshake. He was chopping it and smashing it so much that it was mostly liquid in my cup. I live 10 minutes away so no it wasn’t due to a fault of my own. I had to clean up so much ice cream off the table and my cup when I took the top off. I still tipped because that’s just who I am, but I really wasn’t what I was expecting at all. I didn’t want to get him in trouble either.

This establishment seriously need new management and employees there. The customer service is absolutely terrible. There is a female worker in there with curly hair who is incredibly rude. Who addresses a paying customer with “what?” when taking their order? And on top of that, when asking for napkins, she proceeded to rudely tap on an EMPTY napkin holder as if we’re the stupid ones. I’m not sure if it’s racism, but the atmosphere sure feels that way when entering the place. It’s not welcoming at all and the employees are all young and probably don’t care about their jobs enough to care about the customers.
