Came in to get my mobile order at 12-10pm. The two young ladies that were in the front taking the orders were playing around joking around with peoples orders and when my order was done i grabbed it and left to my car. As I get to the car and start taking my items off the bag to give it to my kids I see the order of harsh browns was missing I went back inside to get what I paid for. The one that was taking the orders talked to me rude saying next time check before you leave it’s your fault you didn’t receive them. This is totally unacceptable, I have worked customer service for years and I know this is not acceptable at all. No wonder this location keeps on hiring new people every month

WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE! We waited for someone to assist us but nobody came near the counte but both of the workers ignored us completely

Customer service is HORRIBLE . No one greeted me as I entered. As I’m entering a woman was mopping the floor, I open the door she just starred at me and my child . I go to the register, the women did not even ask what I wanted. As I’m leaving no one still said anything . I will NEVER come back to this location!

"one cream, one sugar" but no coffee...
The food (BBQ).. It has no flavor... they serve you little....expensive...it feels very cold that comes in through the windows...the heating doesn't work...the bathrooms don't even speak...dirty. ...there is no hot water...I do not recommend it...I will never go again.

"I watched someone make a coffee smoothie and decided I wanted a strawberry smoothie instead. When the young lady clocked in around 11:50 or noon and came to the register, I asked for a bagel twist and a strawberry smoothie. Her response was, 'We do that later; you can’t get one now.' She didn’t specify when 'later' was, just that I couldn’t get it at that time. I said okay, but it left me wondering why there’s no clear notice about when smoothies are available. The service felt poor, and her attitude wasn’t helpful at all. Disappointing experience."

RUDE MANAGER and employees. Especially that short guy with the hat and bald head. They will IGNORE you and then give you watered down iced coffee. They will have you standing and waiting in line while they do nothing. They pick and choose whose order they want to take. Customer service SUCKS. Patiently waiting for the Dunkin down the street to open back up. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

Very understaffed. The lines are long in the morning and they have 1 or 2 people behind the counter. Mobile orders be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting establishment rude management very negligent management and it makes no sense they don’t know how to talk or treat costumers and young adults even though their the one keeping their business open I hope this place gets a serious new manager.
