The food (BBQ).. It has no flavor... they serve you little....expensive...it feels very cold that comes in through the windows...the heating doesn't work...the bathrooms don't even speak...dirty. ...there is no hot water...I do not recommend it...I will never go again.

"I watched someone make a coffee smoothie and decided I wanted a strawberry smoothie instead. When the young lady clocked in around 11:50 or noon and came to the register, I asked for a bagel twist and a strawberry smoothie. Her response was, 'We do that later; you canāt get one now.' She didnāt specify when 'later' was, just that I couldnāt get it at that time. I said okay, but it left me wondering why thereās no clear notice about when smoothies are available. The service felt poor, and her attitude wasnāt helpful at all. Disappointing experience."

RUDE MANAGER and employees. Especially that short guy with the hat and bald head. They will IGNORE you and then give you watered down iced coffee. They will have you standing and waiting in line while they do nothing. They pick and choose whose order they want to take. Customer service SUCKS. Patiently waiting for the Dunkin down the street to open back up. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
