Great DD. The food is great, the staff is great and the price is reasonable. It's not a big DD, but there are few places to sit and eat. I ordered using the app. It was fast and speedy. The coffee was on point and the wrap was good. It's a chill vibe. I saw them interact with the customers when I was eating and on my phone. Very nice staff and the customers seemed like usuals.

This Duncan donuts is so badFirst I have hair in my food then the order I asked for wasn't correct and this hasn't been the first time I will no longer be a customer it's disgusting...and the staff omg worst attitudes

I had to repeat my order about 10 times. I order a smoothie and I had to tell the cashier what it was made like she didn’t know. My order consisted of 6 donuts, sweet tea and a smoothie. She couldn’t get anything right. Service was beyond terrible. In the end my smoothie was made wrong and I wasted my money. Oh STALE DONUTS!

They were closing up in 20 minutes and still accommodating Kind, friendly staff. FYI : this location does not have a drive through.
I have been ill all day 10/11/23 thanks to Dunkin Donuts in West Orange on main street. They served me the wrong wrap that had pork meat. I ordered a chicken wrap for the first time, and to my surprise I received something else that triggered a crisis full of pain. I have sickle cell disease, and pork is a huge trigger. when I went in the store, there was no apology or any sense of worry . they changed the wrap, and when I was checking it. I was told " it's right" as if he needed me to move along. No more wraps for me!!
