We are going through a heat wave, and this store has there poor employees and customers inside without ac, and no more ice. This is inhumane and they should be sued. These workers should not be in these conditions and should be getting hazard pay for being here now.

Went in and workers were suffering in an enclosed building with NO AC during a heat wave of over 100 degrees out doors. Ice in their machine is melting they can not even cool themselves besides going in to the freezer

They said bathroom is out of order. When I visited three weeks ago they said same thing bathroom was still out of order. That is not right they need to open the public bathroom which is mandatory

I ordered a white cheddar bagel twist toasted with cream cheese. First dunkin that I’ve ever come across that doesn’t put the cream cheese in the twist. They put it on the side. What kind of bs is that? Ridiculous!!

The young woman who attended me was so, so patient and kind with me today. I ordered incorrectly on the app and I acted frustrated and I was unkind with her. She was an angel through it all. She’s amazing! God bless them!
