There is a woman that works there who is downright MEAN!!!Wouldn’t let my DISABLED CHILD use the bathroom when he was about to go in his pants. WE HAD JUST SPENT MONEY THERE AND DO OFTEN!WE HAD RUN OUT OF PULL-UPS!!! I WAS COUNTING ON BEING ABLE TO USE PUBLIC BATHROOMS WHILE OUT AND ABOUT. WE WERE HAVING AN EMERGENCY!!!She and didn’t care! She yelled at me and acted like a nut. I’m writing a letter to corporate. WE WERE TREATED LIKE DOGS!!

This Dunkin is a hidden gem. I’ve been coming to this location here for a few months now and am blown away by how amazing the staff is. Marcy, Kay, Richard, and the other gentleman (I haven’t gotten his name that’s my bad) that works there are the best. Kay and Marcy always know my order sometimes even before I do! I have to say I don't normally post anything but good reviews especially if the place is in my own hood, but I'm so disappointed. I ordered via Grubhub and 3/4 of the total I paid was for a bag of ground coffee which was MIA. I get it, mistakes happen. But then I tasted the Americano I ordered and almost spit it out. Tasted burned and really really bad (didn't know it was possible to make yucky espresso shots, but alas, I guess it is). Just a bad a experience and hoping it was just that -a solo negative experience. Just really annoyed and let down since I won't be getting my coffee fix today. They are supposed to specialize in coffee and those were the 2 items they failed in. Hopefully my kiddo will enjoy the hash browns...

Always a terrible experience at this location. The place is often dirty and unkept, the workers are extremely rude and careless. During my last visit the single employee that was there seemed a bit out of it, unable to keep his eyes fully open and moving very slow.
