i’ve been going to this dunkin since i moved to new jersey about three years ago, and i’ve always loved it. i’ve consistently had great experiences and recommended this location to others. however, over the past month or so, the service has noticeably declined, and today’s experience was honestly upsetting.
i waited at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. when i finally got to the window, the employee looked at me like i was crazy for saying i had two drinks, then told me there were four. i explained that i had only ordered once and that the app likely glitched, which wasn’t a big deal. what was a big deal was her response - she threw my food onto the counter and walked away without saying a word.
another employee rushed over to fix the situation, which i appreciated, but by that point i just wanted to leave. the overall atmosphere felt chaotic, unprofessional, and unkind.
i don’t know what changed recently, but this location no longer feels welcoming or well-run. it’s disappointing, especially after years of consistently good experiences.

For starters this Dunkin is the best Dunkin there is. Angel will always make your morning with her greetings. Carlos with making the drinks and my good friend whose name I forgot in the front and drive-through, SORRY. They have never gotten my order wrong, But we have to keep in mind that we are only human so there will be mistakes done, And that is fine. I work in the school next-door and I tend to pass by in the morning and they always get the drive-through flowing and moving smooth. From the manager the assistant manager the shift lead they’re all doing an amazing job. I just want to let the owner know that their Dunkin is the best one out there thanks to his amazing morning shift crew. 🤍🖤🤍

5 Stars - Fast, Friendly, and Always Fresh! I'm writing this review specifically for the Dunkin' Donuts located on 563 Northfield Ave in WestOrange NJ! I use the drive-thru almost every morning, and this location is consistently fantastic. The service is always quick, even when the line is wrapped around the building. The employees at the drive-thru window are genuinely friendly, greet you with a smile, and have never messed up my order, which is a huge win for a coffee shop. The food and drink quality is also top-notch. My coffee is always made perfectly—hot/iced exactly as requested and never watered down. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and hot, and the donuts are soft. This team runs a well-oiled machine, making my rushed mornings so much easier. Highly recommend this Dunkin' for anyone on the go!

I ordered the new Wicked sprinkle covered munchkins for my kids. I was disappointed to see each donut had about ten sprinkles. I asked the cashier to please replace a few of them with a different donut. There was no apology or any decency. I won’t be going back any time soon.
