Food arrived on time and warm, so that's what gets the second star. Otherwise, there was literally no seasoning on the food we ordered. It tasted like they used a salt-free seasoning packet and dumped it on the curry shrimp, and there was absolutely no spice to it. Chicken & Chinese Vegetable had no sauce at all, and was mostly plain boiled vegetables (specifically onions). And for $45, not counting tip, I expected there to be enough food to feed 2 small adults and a 5 year old. We ordered sides and appetizers, and they were literally tiny. Dumplings tasted like they were frozen, and cost over $7. Crunchy noodles were stale. Rice containers were extremely small... I don't know what to say. There's a lot of takeout Chinese places out here that at least give you enough food so that you're not hungry. Will have to try elsewhere next time.

I was very excited to see this place was open. Order $60 worth of food. Wings great ! Wontons great! Than it happen the 3 combo plates the chicken was great but the rice was soooo not .. it tasted and smelled like it was a day or longer and there was a smell that I can't get pass. Try to call explain what I smelled and taste and what I was offered was $3.00 . All I can say is wow! Was completely disappointed!!!

Taste is pretty good. Rice in combo meals are heavy, less than what you pay for. Quoting prices for delivery include tip and they add in without a denotation on the bill. From a West Orange patron, the "new" food king is a step down from the old. And no Fortune cookies? That's ok let me help: "Cheap businesses close early."

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from this place!!! I wish I could give it no stars. I ordered from them and they didn't send what we ordered and then when you call them to let them know of their mistake they put the phone down on the counter and all of a sudden cant speak English. We called twice from 2 different phones and they did the same thing. I will be throwing my menu out because I will NEVER order from them again. Please do yourself a favor and do the same. Very poor quality food and very terrible customer service.
