I went to this pizza restaurant after wanting pizza for weeks, so disappointed with the pizza. I ordered a regular cheese slice and chicken slice, and when I say DRY. There was hardly any sauce and the crust was crusty, hard, and dry. Never again, and I gave one star and that's too much.

This place is cash-only and a bit discreet, but it has tons of parking and serves pizza with an absolutely one-of-a-kind crust. You won't find anything like it!

Pizza was good. I've had better but have had worse. Was that they only took cash. I've never been there before not they would have known but when I called in the order it would have been nice to have known

Traveled to the area for business. Food was pretty good. One of the employees had a random attitude so I wouldn’t come back if I lived in the state. Got a takeout order and they didn’t bother putting any type of cutlery so I had to go searching for some at the hotel. Pretty sure this was intentional due to the prior attitude. They’re also cash only and make you use an ATM as to put the debit / credit fee on the consumer and not on the business - so beware of that.

Amazing slices, and great environment! Cash only, but that contributes to the great local pizza place atmosphere.

Parking: The shopping center has great parking, but they are revitalizing the shopping center, which means parking will be much harder to come by with 3 new buildings and a Target.

Must try pizza!

Very reasonable pricing for specialty slices! Everything tasted great and selection was creative (many styles I have never seen before).
Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stop again!

Ordered 2 cheesesteak sandwiches for take out. Once opening, there was nothing on sandwiches that were ordered, provolone cheese, mayo, fried onions, lettuce & tomato. Called, s/w manager who stated person that made sandwiches forgot to put on sandwiches what was ordered. This is second time we’ve pick up & our order wasn’t correct. Probably won’t go back again. Check your order before leaving.

This place has not changed in over 30 years. Cash only! You will never regret stopping by for a couple slices or a whole pie. This is some of the best pizza in West Orange any day of the week.

I got take out at Frank’s Pizza last night. I ordered two antipasto salads, wings, calamari, one large cheese pizza, and one large pizza: 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 mushroom. This is one of the worst pizzerias I have ever been to. The antipasto salads consisted of a majority of lettuce with a few tomatoes, cucumbers, and very little meat. The wings were tasteless. There was absolutely no sauce on the wings. While I was placing the order, the man on the phone informed me that the wings were “very spicy.” The appearance of the calamari was completely unappetizing. It was undercooked. The cheese pizza was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. There are pizzerias in Manhattan that cost $1.00 or $1.50, and let me tell you something - the pizza is delicious at these pizzerias! The mushrooms on the pizza were uncooked. The pepperoni pizza was not up to par. I tried calling the restaurant after I got home last night. I called around 9:50 PM and the phone had continuously rang. Prior to writing this review, I called the restaurant this morning to see if they can make this situation better. I told the man on the phone that I’d be writing a horrible review, unless he can make the situation. I spoke to Jose this morning. His customer service was terrible and his English was incomprehensible. He kept telling me what ingredients are in an antipasto salad. He told me I can come in to the restaurant tomorrow and speak to Veronica. However, I am not going to waste my time doing that without knowing what I will be getting in return. He then passed the telephone to another man, who kept telling me he was “very busy.” He then hung up on me. He did not issue any apology at all.

Stopped in for a slice of pizza this week. Wanted to pay with a debit card. I was told cash only. I said in a nice way.. I will have to pay $5 in fees for a $4 slice of pizza. A very rude woman behind the counter blurted out.. “so do you want it or not”.. I get trying to save as a small business but service still needs to be great. She could have communicated it in a much more professional manner. I was turned off. First and last purchase; not because of the cash only but because of how I was spoken to.
