I always order sautéed tenderloin from your restaurant, today it was very poorly done, the meat was hard, totally dry, it seems that they changed something, on the positive side the taste was good but the experienced hand was missing in the presentation of the dish.

Yesterday I went to eat with my sister and some cousins ​​and the ceviche was delicious... I didn't have much faith in it, because years ago I went to eat the food was horrible. But now it has become one of my favorite restaurants.. super recommended

I order a lomo saltado through Grubhub, I was standing by the back door a female server saw me and didn’t asked me if I need anything went back to Talk with her co workers. So I have to ask the guy in the kitchen if someone here, them she walked out out of a room in the back and gave me my food. So food is good but customer service needs attention

This place burned down a few years back. We use to order food for large gatherings, especially Jalea. So we near here and decided to check back in and see how the food tasted now. Most of the a la carte food was lacking
Flavor. The jalea seemed just fried with no flavoring. My daughter had the green spaghetti. We left the entire plate. Even my mom said it was not good.
The price for the specials of the day seem to be what attract their regular customers.
The service ladies were very attentive but the food was not good.
One other note, they have a full bar but did not have Pisco Sour. A Peruvian place - that does not offer the country’s signature drink.

I am really disappointed with the last visit I had to this establishment. Yesterday I was scammed in the most vile way. I ordered a meal and had some beers (Stella Artois). I was in the bar section, at the bar. To my surprise - confident that this establishment would take care of the customer - I was charged excessively for supposed drinks that I never ordered or were consumed. I invited two of the employees: bartender and waitress (the names can be seen on the receipts) for a couple of drinks. I would estimate that Lisbeth had about 4 drinks and Hilda had two or three beers. It should be noted that the cashier on duty is Lisbeth's sister. However, this was not charged, but rather they registered drinks that were never consumed. In one of the receipts ($174), for example, it can be seen that my consumption was $14 (two beers and a water) but by magic an additional consumption of $160 was added! This is, in other words, theft. In my life here in the United States I had experienced this.

I attentively request management to carry out the corresponding investigation into this incident. It is verified that what was really consumed and evidently the pertinent reprimands are issued to the employees involved. For this, it is enough to corroborate the surveillance cameras. These can corroborate with strong evidence what was consumed.
