The other day I got, Jersey Mike’s Subs, for lunch. I had ordered their Cancro Special in a wheat wrap. I also got a bag of MissVickies Jalapeño Chips, a brownie, and a drink. The wrap was fairly mid. The wrap itself tasted a bit stale, and lowers my score greatly. The meats and veggies were pretty good, and tasted fresh. The staff was really nice and attentive, they made sure my order was correct. They thought I was a Jersey Mike’s lifer because the item I ordered isn’t on their menu, it’s kind of a secret menu option. The brownie was ok too, prob wouldn’t get it again. All in all, this experience was fairly mid, and the staff and atmosphere greatly impacts my total score.

This is an overall review of the franchise as a whole. The sandwiches are all underwhelming. I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. The price you pay for a good looking but meh tasting sandwich is just not adding up. Again, I have never had a good sandwich from this restaurant.

We always get a really good sandwich. This time the sandwiches were not made as ordered. And there was a hair that didn’t belong to us in one of the sandwiches. I called the store and told them. She didn’t offer a solution. Like maybe a sandwich to replace the hair sandwich. I am really surprised
