The service was horrible. I had to ask multiple times for every single requests. The people working behind the counter were more interested in goofing around with each other than preparing the sandwiches. Also music was absurdly loud.

So I have attempted orders from Jersey Mike West Orange location twice. Unfortunately both times were a BIG disappointment and the last time my mother got food poisoning from one of the sandwiches there, which I now have to report to the health department. Please be aware when eating at this location.

Had a Philly cheesesteak here and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly, the sandwich was stacked with meat, onions & peppers & a creamy white cheese. Loved every bite!
