I arrived at 11:39pm. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. No one answered this McDonalds is supposed to be open until midnight. This happened on 12/7/25. I drove 20 minutes to make sure I was here on time. Unacceptable. If you’re going to close at 11:30, at least mark it so no one wastes their time like I wasted mine driving here.

We went at 11:20 for the drive thru and they asked if we were using the McDonald's app we said no the first time and then was ignored. We pulled around again to try to get their attention and were again asked if we were using the app and we said yes this time and we're still ignored. We waited for 10 minutes and then left. Bad service!!!

This place is next to the zoo but constantly run out of toys. It happened two times in a month and it’s not even at dinner time yet. Rude service and even used rude tone to a 5 years old! I will have to do everything not to bring my kid to this place anymore!

Went through the drive thru at the McDonald’s on Northfield, around 8pm last nightthere was no rush only about 3 cars in the drivethru including me. Looking through the window none of the employees had gloves, I saw about 3-4 employees. I don’t normally leave reviews but I genuinely found it concerning that no one has one gloves a basic sanitization step in any kitchen. However the service was nice and food was fresh which is why I left 3 stars instead of 1
