Went through the drive thru at the McDonald’s on Northfield, around 8pm last nightthere was no rush only about 3 cars in the drivethru including me. Looking through the window none of the employees had gloves, I saw about 3-4 employees. I don’t normally leave reviews but I genuinely found it concerning that no one has one gloves a basic sanitization step in any kitchen. However the service was nice and food was fresh which is why I left 3 stars instead of 1

The 3 star is for all the many times that I have been overcharged for buying the same item I was told its how they ring up the item so if you don't say what you want in a specific way they ring it up the way they want showed receipts to manager no compensation offered I was paying $6 for the steak cheese biscuit onion no egg so if they ring it this way I payed more so I asked for steak and cheese biscuit with extra onions $3.71 the points reflect how much I paid that's...

The people who run this McD’s do a great job…good food and service…clean restaurant. However, I had to take off two stars for atmosphere because just enough of the people who eat here are mindless zombies who don’t know how a dual lane drive thru works.
