I always shy away from this place, but every time I go, I am never disappointed.
The staff here is very friendly which I love. My new goto is a BLT! Well made sandwich. They also make a great bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.

Bagel spot right off 280 in West Orange. Lots of bagels options, plus rolls and croissants, lots of drinks options, including Joe's Teas, lots of spreads, salads, definitely a good spot

Last time I went there, I tried asking the lady at the counter a question but she seemed to have an attitude or just didn’t wanna be there, as if I was there to waste my time and not to make a purchase, I asked if I could sample one of the cream cheeses and it had a fishy smell to it indicating it wasn’t good, I had to spit it out, wouldn’t recommend this place. The coffee med.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. First, my partner asked for a latte, and instead of assisting, the staff rudely pointed to the coffee machine and milk station, even though the latte machine was behind them. This came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
Then, I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, no egg whites, and sausage. Despite my clear instructions, they repeatedly gave me folded eggs with egg whites included. Scrambled eggs are not folded, and if they couldn’t accommodate my request, they should have communicated that instead of serving the wrong order multiple times.
On top of that, my service dog was not allowed inside. Instead, they made me stand in a specific spot with him, despite the cold weather outside. This lack of understanding and accommodation for a service animal was shocking and unacceptable.
I ended up going to another place where my instructions were followed, the staff was kind, and my service dog was welcomed. This business needs serious improvement in both customer service and respecting basic accessibility rights.

Two plain bagels and two coffees that I Had to make myself almost 14 bucks
My main problem is that the door says help wanted but not even the guy knows if he needs people, start advertising more, get rid of the creepy mascot on your banner, and get some more help!

I’ve never been so disappointed visiting a bagel shop. I have to say this is the worst bagel shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life… I also have not visited one in a while considering I have been making my own bomb breakfasts, but I was starving and needed something in that moment so I decided I’d just give it a try. The owner was very sweet, she was able to accommodate me for a new sandwich. I first ordered a wrap with bacon egg and cheese, they barely put any bacon on my wrap and it was also burnt bacon snd barely put any egg. I paid $8 for a wrap I could have made WAY BETTER at home. They cost so much but give very small portions. I had to go all the way back for them to remake my sandwich, I asked for a bagel instead (NOT TOASTED) and guess what I got… I BURNT bagel with AGAIN BARELY ANYTHING ON IT. Second time around I specifically told her not burnt, she proceeds to tell me it wasn’t burnt (when in fact it was) so then I tell her not crispy. Guess what, the bacon came back crisper then the first sandwich, the bagel was burnt….. I am not one to write reviews but this one needed it. 2 horrible experiences with this place, they didn’t get both sandwiches right… I think the owner needs new people in the kitchen.

Bagel seem like it was frozen and then reheated not fresh. Overall sausage eggs cheese was good and salmon cream cheese delicious. Will try sandwiches next
