This broccoli cheddar soup is like a bad magic trick—now you see flavor, now you don’t! It’s as if someone took broccoli, boiled it until it lost the will to live, then waved a cheddar-colored crayon over it for ‘flavor.’ It’s like eating hot dishwater with a side of broccoli sadness.
I remember when this soup had standards, now it’s just a bowl of disappointment with a cheese-ish afterthought.

I’ve been coming to WO Panera since my daughter worked there 20+ years ago. The only things I order are Frontega Chicken, chicken & Wild rice soup, and cranberry orange muffins. I was just there to get take out. Most disappointed to learn my muffins are no longer available! ? I just got home (5min away) opened the sandwich to find shredded chicken all over the paper, the tomatoes were all on one side the cheese unmelted on the other side and sauce??? Sandwich was ultra dry. So much for ever having my favorite sandwich and muffin again!!! The bread that I chose with the soup, hard as a rock. Dipping it in the soup didn’t help at all. Shame! Prices go up…quality goes down

H O R R I B L E service and DIRTY. Ordered a tuna sandwich and they forgot the tuna and had an attitude and told me it was there... I'm like "where" Bathroom dirty, tables dirty..... Definitely NOT the atmosphere of a Panera bread with a relaxing environment. NEVER will ingo back to this location.

I ordered a citrus drink with my sip club, and it tasted like mold. My friend ordered a drink, as well, and hers tasted like mold too.
The girl behind the food prep counter was obliging, but seemed shocked that my friend and I both had separate orders, like maybe we were trying to pull a fast one, or something.
After several attempts to get a drink that didn't taste like mold, we gave up and left.
Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and vegetarian options available.

Stopped to grab my sip club drink. 1st one was moldy tasting, so I went up, explained, and got a new one. That too was moldy. Ended up throwing both drinks away, and not having any drink. Sad experience. ??
