Another pizza joint that uses no gloves. It would be one thing if they were touching only the dough and food ingredients, but I could see the pizza maker come to the front with his naked hands and touch several nonfood items then go back to flipping and pressing dough. One day later I was sick!! Wear Gloves in food service. Make it work!!!

Im a door dasher and just wanted you to know, the young lady with the pink wig is literally right now as I type, standing in the back, in a food area brushing her wig. That is absolutely disgusting 🤢 my boyfriend said if I post this she will get fired. PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT!!!! Just let her know that you know and she has to wear a hair net. (I was the only customer in there)

We order pizzas for our children school 4 days in advance and they told us it would be ready in time or before. We received a call from papa John pizza at the last minute stating that they're unable to make the pizzas. So we ask why and nobody can give us a answer or even a apology or something for the big inconvenience. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PIZZA PLACE.
Dominos is 100% the better fast food place to go, I will say quality wasn’t bad but overall taste and structure of the pizza was mid at best. This review has nothing to do with this specific location but papa John’s in general.

I had a truly frustrating experience with this Papa John’s location. I placed an order for pickup on 8/18/24 through their app and immediately called to request an addition of pineapple to one of my pizzas. Despite offering to pay the difference, the staff member on the phone flatly refused and told me that a refund would require me to wait 30 minutes to an hour for the manager and she hang up the phone. This was baffling to me, as I’ve never encountered such a policy before.
I drove to the store to resolve the issue in person, only to be met by a manager who seemed annoyed and unhelpful. The manager processed my refund but tossed the receipt on the table without any explanation. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Having worked in hospitality myself, I can confidently say this is one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve encountered. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value good customer service.
