Ordered arroz chaufa this evening and you can tell by looking at the rice it was old and had cilantro and when I tasted it, the rice was hard. I’m Peruvian it’s 99 degrees today, I didn’t feel like cooking so I ordered. Boy do I regret it & my stomach hurts so bad. Never ever again! If you are selling food at least make it fresh and make what the customer ordered, don’t throw ingredients together thinking we don’t know the difference. Very disappointing.

I recently stopped having food delivered so this is my first time in the actual restaurant in a long time. They have made some really nice changes to the decor. The already know the food is amazing so it’s extra special to see where it’s prepared. Service was excellent!

Food was old and disgusting. They gave me old dirty and greasy fries that were soft /looked weeks old . The chicken looked and tasted old/reheated. Not sure if you’re trying to make people sick or if they got a new cook, either way i had to throw it away. Waste of money.

Horrible experience here. I went here for the first time and asked for a lomo saltado lunch special but wanted extra steak so they suggested that I order the large size which I did and what a disappointment literally there was no meat at all. as you can see from the picture very little meat none at all, all rice and veggies only. Very disappointing as a first time customer I will not be going back.

Pepes is pretty good Churrasco...the staff is really friendly. The prices however have skyrocketed. I make take the 15 minute ride into Newark for a better bang for my buck and more food too...with a plethora of options as it seems this type of establishment is on every corner.
