Worst Pizza hut i’ve ever been too. The food isn’t that great and the service is absolutely terrible. Please yall don’t be fooled by my name I usually just thug it out as long as mistakes are fixed but they don’t even fix their mistakes. They lie like hell too 🤦🏾♀️

Last Sunday I ordered from Pizza Hut. Along with my order I purchased the 2 liter ginger ale. When my order arrived I didn’t receive the ginger ale. I called Pizza Hut and the woman said I would receive a credit. So I called today to inquire about the credit. When you order don’t put the ginger ale. She said she would let them know to include the soda. I call back to place the order now I can’t get my soda because it doesn’t show a credit on my account. Really…! I was going to still order but changed my mind. Keep that 4.00…

For some time I was looking for a Pizza Hut restaurant, the pizzas are very good and it is not expensive, you can make your pizza with the ingredients you want and that are available in the restaurant, what can stand out is that I ordered a Pepsi soda and when I went to the restaurant I didn't have any, that disappointed me a little, but everything else was fine.

I ordered pizza and wings after a late night with some friends and i was starving. I ordered Go to the mobile app And assumed 25 minutes later I could pick up my order and head home. When I got there there was only one person working. She was on the floor and looked like she wanted to kill somebody. I stood there for about 5 minutes. I noticed two people behind the counter and Pizza Hut uniforms just staring at me. As I stared back, around 7 minutes I said "excuse me, I'd just like to pick up my order" The lady on the phone Kayla. I didn't even think noticed me looked up and told me to "calm down" And then just looked back down at the floor and continued with her phone call. The staff in the back never even acknowledged my existence. After 10 minutes I walked out the door, got in my car and headed home without my order. The only plus side was that I didn't pay for it in advance. That will be the absolute last time I try to order anything from Pizza Hut in West Orange.

These are mediums…….they’re skimping on the that triple treat deal. And forgot the marinara sauce for the hollow breadsticks. The disrespect unforgivable.

Ordered mushroom pizza- if you take magnifying glass and look really hard u may see paper thin crosscut of a mushroom or 2 crosscuts per slice. Its like they had ONE mini mushroom they cut w razor and attempted to spread . I mean it does have a “WOW” effect- just not the wow u wanted.

Terrible! Ordered a big box they sent me breadstick pockets with no marinara sauce. Asked for one plain because my son doesn't eat toppings, they sent one sausage instead.
Ordered my food tonight. They sent the delivery through DoorDash and none of my food was sealed properly. I called the store for my refund and the Assistant manager Tim he says I have to wait for my refund because he is the only one in the store working. When I advised I was posting this online and calling corporate he then tries to oh no I meant I’m only working at the moment because I had just sent someone home . He needs the manager code to issue a refund. Meanwhile they serving food like this see my pictures for proof

I highly recommend not going to this establishment. -I entered the location and was NOT assisted or spoken to for 15 minutes. The staff knew I was at the register but I was not acknowledged. I had to say “excuse me” over 5 times over a 5 minute period to finally have someone acknowledge me - I showed the staff my phone and requested my order. They informed me it was not ready despite me ordering 30 minutes prior and the website saying it was ready - I waited another 30 minutes without my food and tried asking for updates. All I heard was that “they were busy” and working on it - I was finally given my order - WHICH I WAS LOOKING AT FOR 30 minutes in the kitchen and asked multiple times for. - when I went to pay with a gift card. I was told it did not work and they would not accept. The gift card was brand new.
