I went to celebrate my cousin's birthday party. The dining area and dance floor were a good size. The bar area had a huge screen for watching sports and enjoying the appetizers that were being passed out. The wait staff were very attentive.The restrooms were clean but needed to be attended to more. Somebody took my umbrella which was left in the bucket area when you come in and out. It didn't ruin my night, I had a great time.I think my cousins had a cater.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat area to walk in and out, the restrooms maybe tight.

We were staying at The Grand Wilshire next door and decided to order online for our anniversary. We ordered through the website, paid, and got a message showing it would be ready in 15-20 mins. About five minutes after placing the order, I receive a call from Gina stating they are closed and not taking orders. She doesn't apologize, offers no explanation as to why the order went through, why they're closed, etc. We were later told by the front desk attendant at our hotel that they only cater/host special events. I assume a refund will be issued within a couple days, but it's not. I send an email several days later to the email listed on the website and get no response. I reply to the email containing my receipt from the order and still, no reply. My husband calls the restaurant and gets no answer, so we've since filed a dispute with our bank. How many more people have ordered and not been refunded? Why is their online order site still up and running if they're not open to the public? I don't care how great your food is. This is terrible business!

Booked my Retirement/birthday celebration here for 65 people. 44 were able to attend. The food was not enough, linens were stained. Dance floor sticky and slippery. Kitchen manager rude because I asked when the desert would be brought out. Only 12 slices of cheesecake. But I paid for 65. Whether they were all there is irrelevant. Event was supposed to end at 10. Staff began breaking down furniture at 9:15. After writing multiple emails to management no response. Need I say more

I would give this place no stars. I contacted Gina via email, it took her a week to get back to me. When she finally got back to me we made an appointment for 6:30. We arrived and were told Gina was in the office. 25 Minutes later they told us Gina left the building. I have never heard of such a thing. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF HAVING ANY KIND OF PARTY HERE

I tried to book a baby shower with Gina who is non responsive and extremely rude. We had a 6:30 appointment and was told she is in the office, 25 minuets later we were told she left the building. She should be fired for loosing business

This place is horrible with service and timing of food. They said the kitchen was backed up. By the time the event was over I still didn't get my food and that was 3 hours. I had to order Uber eats for the show. Smh. NEVER go here if they have events or things going on maybe better when it's just a regular day. The whole place was disappointed all the people where angry

Placed an order via grub hub after about 20 min it was confirmed and I headed to the establishment to pick up taking my time as the pickup time was still 25 min away.I entered the restaurant and after asking no less then 3 employees about picking up an order an employee (who was very polite and professional) returned to the front and told me there were no orders.She then asked for more details (I exhiband the order on my phone) she then walked away. She shortly after returned with a blonde woman who appeared to be the manager (who seemed bothered) The manager started the conversation with "We have no orders" She then told me unapologetically to call grub hub. She never once showed any apathy at all or offered to even take an order from us and quite honestly seemed bothered by us being there. We left.I called grub hub who apologized and explained to me that the order was confirmed from the establishment. Horrible experience all around.
